General Notes: 1) The make/model/brand for all the BOQ items shall be as per suggestive makes of Annexure-B of Section-VII of the tender document. The make/model/brand mentioned in Annexure-B of Section-VII of the tender document is merely for guidance and bidders can prefer any other make which is meeting technical specifications given under Section-V and Schedule of Quantities of Tender document and shall confirm to the relevant BIS codes and other relevant codes. However, the bidder may suggest any equivelent make/ model/brand meeting technical parameters on or before pre-bid conference for approval of BARC(V). 2) Only sieved river sand/crushed stone sand confirming to Zone-II from Godavari river or Varaha river or Vamsadhara river or Sarada river or Nagavali river / Crushed stone sand shall be used as fine aggregate and Graded hard broken granite metal of 3 stage (VSI) material shall be used as coarse aggregate in relevant items. Specification for fine and coarse aggregate shall confirm to IS:383 (latest revision) 3) In view of limit on water-cement ratio for durability requirements in design mix concrete, concrete admixtures (Carboxylate based superplasticizers) can be used after taking prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge and the rates quoted for concrete items shall be inclusive of the cost of admixtures, Design mix, trial mixes, testing (at site & at approved labs), etc. complete. 4) The contractor shall set up sufficient number of self loading mobile concrete mixers inside the project area for the production of concrete.

5) Contractor may also be allowed to procure concrete from prior approved RMC plants on prior approval of the BARC subject to maintain required slump at site during pouring.To that extent suitable Mix Design should be carried out with required retention period. No extra payment will be made if concrete is brought from RMC plants outside the project area. 6) Manufacturer's Test certificate of cement which is procured from dealer/company is to be submitted for all cement related works by the contractor. 7) The Scope of works which are not included in any specific items but indicated in the document "General Scope of all works" shall be within the scope of overall contract works. The cost of work/item/material indicated in this document shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of all individual items. 8) The quoted rates shall include necessary royalties, seigneiorage charges,etc. and all other charges to supply all the required construction materials.

9) For all standards and code of practices, specifications, like Indian Standard, MORT&H, ASTM, etc. refer only latest revisions including all applicable amendments, revisions and additional publications (during contract period) and these have to be followed. 10)Prior approval for source of all construction materials by submission of relavent test certificates, documents, invoices etc. have to be taken from BARC. 11) All the tests mentioned in Quality Assurance Plan(QAP) should be carried out without any extra cost. 12) The contractor has to submit all royalty /seigneiorage slips,etc for all the naturally available construction materials before submitting the RA bills. 13) The contractor shall submit all samples to the department for approval and no work shall commence before such samples are duly approved.

Notes for Earthwork: The rate quoted for earthwork excavation is deemed to have included the following: a) removal of all kinds of vegetation, small shrubs, light/heavy jungle etc., trees upto girth of 30 cm when measured 1 metre above ground level alongwith roots, including disposal/stack in the identified location. b) shoring, strutting, stepping, dressing, grading required for keeping the earth in position on sides of trenches with approved timber/steel accessories wherever necessary to prevent sides from falling including bailing or pumping out of water if necessary including removal of debris/unserviceable materials and excavated excess soil, if any. c) dewatering of both ground and surface water, including removal of slurry generated while excavation and keeping the area free from water, to be let out of the building area through proper pipes & channels if required by suitable pumps, d) watering, ramming and thoroughly consolidate the bottom of all excavations & ground before the construction of foundation/footing/plinth beam, filling in basement or other work is commenced.

e) the loose pockets shall be excavated and compacted after back filling as directed by Engineer-in-charge, as per detailed specification and conforming to safety rules during progress of the work. f) Contour levels to be taken jointly with the Engineer-in-charge and prior written approval be taken before starting any excavation/ filling at every 3 m grids for arriving at the actual quantity, g) Backfilling will be done in layers of thickness as specified below. h) Cost inclusive of necessary royalties, seigneiorage charges and other charges to supply all the required construction materials, i) cost of items shall include all labour charges, hire charges of machinery, lubricants, fuels and tests etc. j) Measurement/Payment will be reststicted to PCC/drawing dimensions only. k) The rates in respect of filling items, the net quantities arrived as per the actual difference in levels jointly taken by the department and the contractor after compaction of the earth as mentioned in the item description. However where it is not possible to take levels the net quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and soft rock @ 50% in respect of hard rock from the corresponding truck/stack measurements.

Clearing Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 200m outside the periphery of the area cleared as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in -charge

Construction of Embankment/ subgrade/ earthen shoulders with approved quality murrum/gravel brought from outside sources including Supply of all materials, in road works and the area wherever specified including breaking clods, storing, transportation, watering, with compacted thickness of each layer not exceeding 250mm with suitable vibratory roller/200mm thick with 8 to 10 ton capacity power roller to achieve 95% proctor density for embankment & 97% proctor density for Subgrade and Shoulders at optimum moisture content, all leads and lifts, bailing/ pumping out of water to keep site dry while backfilling. Cost shall include conveyance of all materials, labour, machinery, seigniorage charges etc. complete. The rate quoted shall include loading, unloading, hire and fuel charges for tools and plants and other incidental charges etc. The rate quoted shall also include compaction of original ground by vibratory power road roller, complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing G.I.Barbed wire 2 ply 12 SWG, 4 spikes ( 12 Swg& 12 Swg) of minimum weight of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 metres (min) fixed to existing angle iron posts , with G.I. bolts and nuts , "J" hooks, ,GI staples, GI wire on fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with eight horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 metres (min) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post all complete as per direction of Engineer In charge. Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. Cost of RCC posts, angles, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separetely under respective item.

Note: 1) Rates quoted for PCC & RCC items shall include cost of sieved river sand/ crushed stone sand as fine aggregate and graded hard broken granite metal of 3 stage (VSI) material as a coarse aggregate. 2) The mix shall be desiged to maintain the desired slump (as required at site/specified in IS code). In view of limit on water-cement ratio for durability requirements in design mix concrete, admixtures can be used after taking prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge and the rates quoted for the items shall be inclusive of the cost of admixtures, trial mixes, testing (at site & at approved labs), etc. complete. 3) The contractor shall set up fully automatic batching plant/sufficient number of Self loading mobile concrete mixers inside the project area for the manufacture of concrete. 4) Contractor may also be allowed to procure concrete from prior approved RMC plants on prior approval of the BARC subject to maintain required slump at site during pouring.To that extent suitable Mix Design should be carried out with required retention period. No, extra payment will be made if concrete is brought from RMC plants outside the project area. 5) The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixtures. 6) Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company has to be submitted for all concrete works by the contractor. 7) Rate quoted for RCC items shall include cost of relevant design mix and testings.

8) This item is applicable for all PCC and RCC structural elements like footings, beams, columns, slabs, lintels, chajjas, walls etc., for all heights and leads. 9) Only steel scaffolding, staging, supporting system to the formwork and steel frame work will have to be used for all RCC structural elements. 10) All surfaces adjacent to EPs, etc., shall be in true line and level & irregularities, if any, shall be rounded by mechanical grinding, chiseling, finishing the same using epoxy silica sand mortar at no extra payment. 11) Form finish F3 shall be provided to all exposed surfaces of the concrete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 Coarse river sand/ crushed stone sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) at all elevations including consolidation, finishing curing etc. complete all as per drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of formwork shuttering, centering all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying design mix reinforced cement concrete of M20 Grade by weigh batching using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size and coarse river sand/ crushed stone sand of approved quality at all elevations including admixtures of approved Brand and quality, including handling & transportation, scaffholding, mechanical mixing, placing to required location by hoisting and / or pumping & mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces wherever required etc. complete at all levels in substructure/superstructure as per specifications & also including dewatering, if any, complete all as per drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding formwork, shuttering and steel reinforcement.

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels Note: 1) This item is applicable for all PCC and RCC structural elements like footings, beams, columns, slabs, lintels, chajjas, walls (circular/rectangular or any shape) etc., for all heights and leads. 2) All surfaces adjacent to EPs, etc., shall be in true line and level & irregularities, if any, shall be rounded by mechanical grinding, chiseling, finishing the same using epoxy silica sand mortarat no extra payment.

Providing Reinforcement steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete at all levels. including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting to all elevations, placing and keeping in positions, all leads, fixing, tieing with 1.2 mm dia annealed GI coated binding wire including all labour charges, cost of cover blocks (in same grade of concrete) of various thicknesses and sizes etc. all as per drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Using TMT Bars of Specified Grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor of grade - Fe 500D / Fe-500EQR.

Note: 1) 1.2mm dia annealed GI coated binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 2) Fe-500D / Fe-500EQR bars as per IS to be supplied by the contractor from the plants rolled from virgin materials only. 3) Reinforcement bars from conversion agents / re-rollers of above manufacturers, will not be accepted. 4) No extra payment will be made on account of Rolling Margin & wastage. 5) Contractor shall supply copy of the documentry evidence of purchase of steel, test certificate from these manufacturers at no extra cost.

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted including in built up sections for columns, beams, trusses, structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, drilling, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of zinc chromate steel primer etc., complete all as per drawings and Technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. i) Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Note for the above: 1) Structural steel required for the work shall not be supplied by the Department. 2) Structural steel confirming to IS 2062. Materials to be procured directly or from their authorised dealers and test cerificate to be produced. 3) The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 4) Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 5) Welding Electrodes manufactured of specified suitable grade only shall be used. 6) Holes to be drilled only by Drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. 7) Rate inclusive of all consumables like gas, welding electrodes and tools and tackles etc. 8) The Liquid Penetrant Inspection shall be carried out in 1% of the total joints and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost.

Providing, supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting and fixing in position structural steel members for pergolas, gates etc. using MS hollow circular / square / rectangular Sections along with the associated connections including applying a coat of primer using redoxide before and after erection and two coats of first quality anticorrosive polyurethene paint all as per Technical specifications, drawings, complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing 100/150/200/required thickness masonry at all elevations with approved quality Fly ash/ FAL-G bricks (conforming to IS 12894) having minimum crushing strength 60 Kgs/Sq.cm and water absorption of maximum 20%, in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 river sand/ crushed stone sand) uniformly mixed in machine with approved 'non-shrinking compound' as per manufacturer’s instruction in specified courses of approved bond also providing horizonatal RCC band of 100/150/200mm x 100 mm (or as directed) at about 1.00 m c/c with 2 nos. 8 mm dia Tor bars and 6 mm dia links at 300 mm c/c in cement concrete (1:2:4), required formwork, complete including pointing, raking out joints, curing, cleaning, including independent double legged scaffolding, at all heights, depths and leads, dewatering area where required etc., all as per typical drawings, Technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Note for flyash bricks: In the fly ash bricks the mix confirming to the strength mentioned in the respective items shall be got approved by the department. The mix shall consist of ordinary portland cement content of required % of the mixture consisting of Fly ash, OPC and Gypsum or any variation in proportion of design mix to obtain specified mix shall be submitted to BARC for approval. The Anhydraous Gypsum, Fly Ash, Cement, Crusher dust and other materials shall confirm to the the relevant IS codes. The Anhydrous Gypsum shall be procured from a reputed source in Cuddlore in Tamilnadu approved by the department, from TANFAC industries, Cuddlore, Tamilnadu. Roller mixer shall be used for good homogeneous mixing. Note : a) Reinforcement will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item. b) RCC band and formwork shall not be measured seperatly, however no deductions will be made in brickwork for the same. c) No holes in brickwall will be allowed for scaffolding. Only double tubular steel scaffolding be allowed.

Providing 15 mm thick Plain Internal Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (using river sand/crushed sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, double steel tubular scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site etc. complete all as per Technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20 mm thick External plastering in two coats under layer 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (using river sand/crushed sand) finished with a top layer 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (using river sand/crushed sand) admixtured with Water proofing admixture @ 2% by weight of cement used (in both layers) and as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, double tubular steel scaffolding, finishing, curing etc. complete all as per Technical specifications as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming of grooves of uniform size in plastered surfaces as per approved pattern using wooden batterns, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden batterns, repair to the edges of plaster panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying IPS cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 screened river sand/ crushed stone sand :4 aggregate of size 12 mm), 50 mm thick in panels of approved size or as shown in drawings including all leads and lifts, mixing by machine, finished smooth to the require level, finishing with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete including providing aluminium strip of size 40 x 3 mm thick at every panel of size 1.5m x 1.5m all as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes:The contractor shall submit all samples to the department for approval and no work shall commence before such samples are duly approved.

Providing and fixing Minimum 17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut Granite of Jet Black colour or equivalent for kitchen platforms, vanitiy counters, wash basin counters, door frames, window sills, jambs, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing fully flush type Hollow metal Steel Door of size 1000mm x 2100m including frame and shutter at all levels. 46 mm thick Pressed Galvanized steel conforming to IS 277, Single / Double / Triple leaved which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below : Door frame with threshhold shall be single rebate profile of size 100 x 57 mm with bending radius of 1.2 mm having 1.20 mm thick galvanized steel sheet (18 gauge). Steel door shutter of 46 mm thick, fully flush, double skin door shall be manufactured from 0.80 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. The stile edges to be lock seamed with no weld marks. The infill material shall be resin bonded honey comb Kraft paper with thermal insulation. Door frames and shutter shall be finished with etched primer coating, stoved zinc phosphate primer (35 microns DFT) and pure polyster powder coated (35 micron DFT) of approved colour.

Note: 1. Rate shall include for supply and fix 3 mm thick base plates, all joints of frames with provision for anchor bolt fixing to wall / RCC surface, reinforcement pad for fixing of door closers, factory finish, provision for slots for mortise locks, for pre-punched cut outs to receive hardwares and iron mongery, 3 mm thick hinge plates predrilled to receive hinges for screw mounted fixing and provisions for receiving hardware all as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2. Rate shall also include for grouting the frame with cement at the joints between wall & frame to the required thickness as per manufacture’s specifications. 3. Rate shall also include all the accessories as given below for each door.

(a) Providing and fixing ISI marked Stainless Steel Ball bearing Butt hinges for wooden loads of size 125 x 75 x 3.00 mm heavy weight) with suitable stainless steel screws etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.-(4 Nos)

( b) Providing and fixing pair of Stainless Steel "C" type Door handles Heavy Duty 14 mm dia SS 304 Grade solid Rod, 250 mm long in Steel Doors including screws / bolts etc. as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(1 set )

(c)Providing , supplying and fixing bright Finished / Stainless steel finish Brass Aldrop of size 300 X 16 mm design including C.P BRASS / SS screws and Bolting from rear side including required no of 'Kuntis' etc complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (For hollow metal doors & fire doors indicated in the schedule elsewhere)(2 Nos.)

(d) Supplying and fixing Double glazed Clear Vision Panel of 5mm thick Glass of size150mm x150mm, made to fix glass flush to the steel door shutter with double sided adhesive tape and pointed with silicon sealant on both faces of the shutter complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (For hollow metal doors & fire doors indicated in the schedule elsewhere)(1 No. 150mm x 150mm)

(e) Providing and fixing 150 mm bright finished floor brass door stopper with rubber cushion, screws etc to suit shutter thickness complete and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

Providing and applying painting on internal surfaces of walls in two coats on new/old work with premium acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade, including a coat of approved cement primer, including scarifying old paint surfaces, preparation of the old and new surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, painting,finishing walls with two coats of anti-algae, weather proof acrylic smooth emulsion paint with silicon additives on sand face plaster/ plain plaster & concrete surfaes of required shade over new work over a base coat of exterior cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Note: 1) All external/internal painting works will have to be done with erecting double tubular steel scaffolding only. No jhoola/Bhada shall be permitted. All rates quoted in the above painting items shall include erection of double tubular scafolding and provision of safety measures like safety belts, eye protection gears, etc.

Providing and painting two coats on steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint required colour to give an even shade over a coat of zinc chromate primer (total three coats) Coat including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20 mm thick water proof plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (using river sand/ crushed sand )finsihed smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including approved waterproofing compound added @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications,sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of surface, scaffolding at all heights, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site.

GENERAL NOTE FOR ALL ITEMS UNDER THIS SECTION: 1) The rate quoted shall include submission of all designs, engineering & shop drawings for approval from BARC. The procurement and fabrication shall be done only after approval of the design and drawing by BARC. 2) The quoted rate shall include all wastage,Taxes, duties, statutory obligations and safety code compliance as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Colour anodized (of 20 micron thikness) aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators, Alu Louvers and partitions etc. with extruded built up standard tubular Sections / Z Sections and other Sections confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and stainless steel screws or with fixing clips or with stainless steel expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium Sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required. (Weight of the Aluminium Sections shall not be less than Specified in the drawings). The work shall be carried out complete as per approved shop drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note :1) Only anodized aluminium sections, aluminum beading, aluminium sheets & aluminium handles used will be measured for payment. The rate quoted is deemed to have included the cost of all brass concealed tower bolts, screws, gasket, weather strips, PVC lining, etc. and no seperate measurement / payment will be made for the same. 2) Glass, particle boards, aluminium grills, brass mesh, louvers, etc. will be measured & paid separately under relevant items. 3) All fittings shall be of matching colour anodised of aluminium sections. 4) A long M.S. Rod at both ends to be provided in all aluminium shutters in top & bottom horizontal members internally connecting vertical members and fixed with M.S. washers and nuts. No measurement and payment shall be made for this. 5) Aluminium Frames to be fixed with walls / columns with minimum 100 mm long Brass screws / Stainless steel screws and necessary hold fasts. For fixing of frames with RCC members, for Aluminium windows/louvers, doors having area of equal to 10 sq.m or above, Carbon steel zinc cozted 'HILTI' anchor fasteners shall be used. No measurement and payment shall be made for these items. 6) All aluminium frame and shutters Joints shall be of mitred joints with necessary cleats/ plates . 7) Filling the gap between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brick work / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete up to 5 mm depth and 5 mm width.

Providing and fixing approved quality Stainless steel body roller wheels for sliding shutters of windows etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and fixing Locks for aluminium sliding window shutters (Over all size of 204mm x 23mm) or approved quality, type etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & installing glazed vision / spandrel fixed panels comprising of 6 mm Heat strengthened Saint Gobain's SGG Cool lite ST-120 Metallic Blue glass / Green / Sterling Silver or equivalent shade and colour reflective tinted float glass coated on surface, all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification.

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion (Imidacloprid) at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the foundations, masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all associated works complete as per specification / IS 6313 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Work to be executed by approved agency and specified guarantee for 10 (Ten) years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee. Note: The payment part of B3 will made only for the areas, which were not treated previously.

Supplying and spreading 20 mm down graded aggregates stone in layers as per specifications including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, laying to required slopes as per specification etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

ELECTRICAL EMBEDDMENTS

Supply and installation of 25mm dia PVC conduit with junction boxes, coupler, T joints, bends etc., as per site requirement. Complete item of work as per technical Document No.CON-001 and asd direced by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of 1200 mm ceiling fan with hanging hook box. Hook box to be installed in ceiling slab. Cost is included for installation of fan Complete & item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of PVC pipe of 100 mm dia. Pipe is to installed below the ground level and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Cost of joints, bends, etc. and adehivsive material are included in this quotated rate
