Cleaning of Casting Cooling Tower *: Approx.40 m3

Plant Soluble Oil tank cleaning of capacity and removing mill scale from inside the tank. * : Approx. 30 m3

Note - * 90% water to be removed by HCL/TCP from tank from existing pump. Rest amount to be removed by the party.

C. Cleaning of Water Tanks:

Admin Water tanks (3 nos) : (2000 ltr/tank)

Canteen water tanks - 2 tank (1000ltr/tank) & 1 tank of 500 ltr : 1000 ltr x 2 no & 500 ltr x 1

Warehouse water tank -1 no : 500 ltr

Tank near Compressor House -1 no : 10,000 ltr

MIDC Water Tank : 12.00meter x 6.00meter x 2.00 meter

Sewerage cleaning etc :

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high-pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth.

Cleaning of septic tank using sewer suction machine and removing the deposited materials and sewage water/sediments settled in the bottom of the tank including disposal to the approved deposit yard upto lead 5km and as per direction of EIC.
