Improvements to existing Pushkar Ghat

Excavation in all kinds of soils including boulders upto 0.3m dia for foundations of canal cross drainage and other apurtnent structures and placing the excavated stuff neatly in specified dump area or disposing off same as directed etc complete with initial lead upto 50m and initial lift upto 3m, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation and fremoval of silt or silt mixed with sand in slushy condition from canal bed including disposing the same in spoil bank or on the canal embankment in layers as directed etc., complete with initial lead upto 50m and all lifts. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation wells with sand in layers of 25 to 30 cn and compacting by watering ramming as directed by Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, machinery, Labour charges etc.., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and lifts. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N /sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for foundation filling including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc.complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N/Sqmm) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved clean, hard, graded aggregates for sub structure/super structure works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, form work, cleaning,batching, mixing, placing in position, leveling,vibrating, finishing, curing, etc.., complete with an initial lead up to 50 m and all lifts. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flooring with Chequrred terrazoTiles of 22mm thick (Medium shade), 1st.quality as approved by the Engineer - in - charge set over a base coat of CM (1:6), 12mm thick laid over flooring bed / V.R.C.C. slab, with neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.3 Kgs of cement per Sq.m and jointed with neat white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water,tiles etc. to site, seigniorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing of cement mortar, laying, curing, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work.(APSS No.701 & 707) for Bathing ghat steps. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 100 mm dia G.I. Pipes B Class for vertical posts on platforms including cost and conveyance and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Hot dipped Galvanised Iron chain link mesh 8 gauge (4mm) 63 MMX63MM gauge including cost conveyance of all materials to site of work and labour charges for fixing to G.I. Pipes etc., complete. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of Casuring Bazoos of size 50 to 100 mm dia, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site of work etc.., complete. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing bamboo mat with1/4" double thick and fixing to posts including cost and conveyance to site nail and binding wire etc., complete for cross bund, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing bamboos 50 to 75mm dia horizontal to piles and labour charges for tying with binding wire and nails etc., complete at o.3m interval for cross bund, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of Sand filled bags including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for filling,stiching with country twine and conveyance and placing of the bag in positionas directed by the Department for cross bund, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing casurina posts and bamboos in position to form a pilebox,closing, removing knots,sharpening one edge for driving the pile driving the post vertically in position, fixing casurina bamboos horizontally to vertical posts including cost of binding wire and labour charges and hire charges for equipment etc including cost and conveyance of materials. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of 5 HP capacity diesel Engine on hire basis for dewatering the seepage of water during the exucution of work around the clock including fuel charges and crew charges etc., complete for finished item of work.as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing two coats with whiting of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remaining to loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding conveyance charges of materials.as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
