Tender Document for procurement of Data Entry Operators for Atalji Janasnehi Kendras in Haveri District

The bidders should have provided similar services to provide minimum 30 or more personals under manpower services to Government Departments or Govt. Authorities or Local bodies or Govt. PSUs or to private companies continuously for at least one year during the last three financial years. Performance (work done / work satisfaction) certificate from these organizations shall be furnished (note: - Work Orders / Supply orders will not be considered in performance criteria).

The bidder must have provided at least 25 or more personnel (read with clause 2 above) on average in three financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26).

The bidder should be registered firm with P.F., ESI, GST and with contract Licenses (as applicable) etc. from Labour department.

The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed firm in respect of any tender or contract in any of the Government departments/authorities/PSUs or companies (see clause (ii)). The bidder should be furnished self-declaration in this regard. If found the furnished self-declaration is false / fraudulent then necessary action will be taken (Legal / Criminal)

The bidder should be conversant with all Labor Rules and Regulations and EPF & MP Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act etc.

The relevant supporting documents in respect of the eligible criteria for the above items should be furnished along with the tender documents without which the tender is liable for rejection.

The Bidder shall have the financial annual turnover in at least one financial year in the preceding Three financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26), Equal to the bid value (given in table above).Note The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence in support of the above qualifying requirements stipulated. Bidder not satisfying any of the above qualifying requirements will be summarily rejected. The Technical Bid Evaluation shall be done as per minimum prescribed requirements stated in this RFP and Financial Bids (ANNEXURE-2) of only those bidders who meet the minimum prescribed technical qualification shall be opened.
