Carrying out scheduled maintanence and servicing of all electro - mechanical machinery/panel of existing centrifugal, submersible, monobloc pump,motor and accessories any type any make & model in every days or when ordered including cleaning it's part, removing corrosion, refixing it, rectifying leakage due to loose nut / stud/ gland packing/gland rope/ star packing/ clamps/washers etc of suitable size as required. Details of maintenace should be recorded in register .

Dismantling, opening, rewinding and refixing induction motors of centrifugal pump set with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and existing class insulation including superior quality varnishing, heating / drying coils, making connections from coil to terminal box, greasing ball bearings, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, necessary mechinical works for shaft / bearing housing, transportation from installation to workshop & back, connecting, testing and commissioning at site for satisfactorily operation as required for the following:-

40 HP motor

30 HP motor

25 HP motor

20 HP motor

10 HP motor

7.5 HP motor

5 HP/3HP motor

Dismantling and taking down centrifugal pump set 20 to 40 HP capacity, 3 phase, 440 volts from foundation, disconnecting all electrical connection from induction motor, transportation from installation to workshop, renewal of u/s spare parts, re-assembling pumping set including testing and commisioning complete. Note :1- The work shall be carried out at Authrised workshop of manufacturer and bill to be produced to confirm the genuinenes . (Note 2:- Spare parts shall be measured separately against item no 4 of BoQ as supply only) Work includes proper allignment of pump with motor .

Supply only following spare parts suitable for existing 20 to 40 HP centrifugal pump set as required:-

Ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set 20 to 25 HP.

Ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set 30 to 40 HP.

CI impeller suitable for centrifugal pump set 20 to 40 HP.

Shaft

Low joy coupling including rubber star packing & necessary key for fixing on shafts as required.

S&F Rubber star packing for joy coupling fitting .

MNX- contactor 25 amp.

ML-2 contactor 32 amp.

Supply &fixing of Section sweeper brush with assembly (Brush with connecting roaler stand )or as per existing brush.

Supply only Calcium Hypo Chloride Calcium based granular disinfectant having 65% to 70% Chlorine content for water treatment packed in 45 kg drum complete .

Supply only copper sulphate crystal of best quality as approved.

Supply only white alum ferric crystal of best quality as approved.

Supply only sodium hypo chloride in between 40 to 60 GPL, ISI marked as approved.

Supply only bleaching powder in 25 kg bags ISI marked as approved.

Carrying out scheduled Testing of water or when ordered of various water sources including borewells, AMC incomming and user point from Central laboratory.

Carrying out scheduled maintanence and servicing of existing chlorine dosing system and accessories any type any make & model in every 15 days or when ordered including cleaning it's part, removing corrosion, refixing it, rectifying leakage due to loose nut / hose pipe using Teflon tape, clamps, lead / PVC washers etc as required.
