stoplog gates(5 Nos) for LBHR & RBHR, as per the Drawings & Specifications for Karjan Irrigation Project."

Dismantling, Fabrication, manufacturing, supplying and erection work of Emergency gate of LBHR & RBHR

Gate parts new gate leaf assembly, embedded parts - clad plates & track plates, hoist mechanism parts such

as Intermediate rod, LC rod, Coupler assy, Bracket Assy, Motor, Gear box etc ; Dismantling of refitting of Hoist

Mechanism-12T along with Screw rod complete Including cost of material, labour, gas cutting, tools, tackles,

scrap materials coming from this work will be given to contractor etc as per as per the Drawing and

Specification and instructions of Engineer in charge for Emergency gate of LBHR & RBHR Gate @ Karjan Irri.

Fabrication, manufacturing and supplying work of Stoplog gates of LBHR & RBHR, which includes new gate

leaf, Guide rollers, Rubber seal, slide block, filling valve etc complete Including cost of material, labour, gas

cutting, tools, tackles, scaffolding, transportation, painting and labour for lowering/lifting stoplogs for testing;

3 scrap from old stoplog will be given to contractor etc, all as per the Drawing and Specification and instructions 5 Gate 142775.00

Fabrication and erection work of Foundation & Cabin cover for Motor and Gearbox ; Foundation of Hoist

Mechanism along with dismantling of existing cabin cover and foundation complete including cost of material,

fabrication, erection, labour, jigs and fixture, tools, tackles, painting & transportation etc and dismantled scrap

Fabrication and erection work of Foundation & Cabin cover for Motor and Gearbox ; Foundation of Hoist

Mechanism along with dismantling of existing cabin cover and foundation complete including cost of material,

fabrication, erection, labour, jigs and fixture, tools, tackles, painting & transportation etc and dismantled scrap

5 materials coming from this work will be given to contractor etc complete as per drawing, direction of engineer 5 Gate 86230.00

in charge & specification for emegency gate of LBHR & RBHR Gate @ Karjan Irri. Project.

Fabrication and erection work of chequered plate for the Hoist plateform of LBHR & RBHR along with

dismantling of existing chequered plate complete including cost of material, fabrication, erection, labour, jigs

and fixture, tools, tackles, painting & transportation etc and dismantled scrap materials coming from this work

6 will be given to contractor etc complete as per drawing, direction of engineer in charge & specification for 1 Job 1363393.00

Lowering & lifting stoplogs by chain-pully-block Arrangement/Alternate Arrengement and Providing services of

divers to stop leakage through HR stoplog gate including sealing material, mobilization, demobolization of

7 diving equipments as per requirement etc. for replacement of Service/emergency Gates @ Karjan Irrigation 5 Gate 78689.00

Fabrication, supplying & erection of M S plates -500 kg, M S angles -500 kg, M S Channel 500 Kg and M S

RSJ 1500 Kg etc. of required size & length for misc. repairing work during tender work Including cost of

material, gas for cutting, labour, tools & tackles, scaffolding, safety equipment, transportation and painting etc.

complete as per direction of Engineer in charge & specification for HR Gate pf Karjan Irrigation Project.
