MV ADDITION WORK AT KAMCO PALAKKAD UNIT INCLUDING LIASONING WITH KSEB & ELECTRICAL INSPECTORATE FOR NECESSARY APPROVAL

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of cubicle type floor mounting front accessible Sub Panel consisting of Incomer :- 1No. 250A TPN switch disconnector. Outgoing :- a) 1No. 125A TPN SFU with HRC fuse link. b) 5No. 63A TPN SFU with HRC fuse link. Metering :- 1Set. Phase indication, 1No. MF meter (V,I,Hz) with CT's & control MCB's etc., Busbar :- 1 Set. 250A TPN Alu. Bus bar with heat shrinkable sleeves, SMC supports, SMC shrouding etc., All the above assembled in 16SWG CRCA sheet steel enclosure with powder coated painting with necessary interconnections and control wirings etc.,

Supply & fixing of FN 400 switched Neutral kit for altering PTN switch to 4 Pole with alteration of existing nuetral busbars and complete accessories for connecting DG source.

Supply, fixing & wiring of MF meter and RYB indiation, CT for DG. Incomer in MSB.

Supply & fixing of Interlock in EB ACB incomer & DG SFU for avoiding parallel operation of EB & DG.

Supply & fixing of 4way double door TPN VDB consisting of 1No. 63A ELCB+MCB as incomer, 2No. 25A TP MCB & 2No. 16A TP MCB for outgoing.

Supply & fixing of 12way single phase LDB consisting of 1No. 25A 2P ELCB+ MCB as incomer, 10No. 6A SP MCB for outgoing.

Supply & fixing of 100A SDU enclosure with extended loose wire cable box for receiving 3.5 core 95Sq.mm. Ar. XLPE Alu. Cable.

Supply & fixing of 40A 4P MCB isolator with enclosure & extended loose wire cable box.

Supply & fixing of starter panel with 1No. 40A 4P MCB isolator, 1No. 3HP DOL starter and complete interconnections & control wiring etc.,

Supply & fixing of 80W LED street light with Alu. Body and clear glass, LED lens for wide beam distribution.

Supply & fixing of legrand make 6module box, front plate, 4No. 6A switch, 1No. 6A socket.

Supply and fixing of 3Module box, front plate, 3No. 6A switch.

Supply & fixing of 6 module box, front plate with 1No. 6A switch, 1No. 6A socket, 1No. 16A switch and 1No. 16A socket.

Service charges for preparation of engineering drawing and getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate. (Necessary statutory fees will be borne by KAMCO.)

Service charges for preparation of completion report and getting energisation sanction from Electrical Inspectorate. (Necessary statutory fees and Liason charges will be borne by KAMCO.)
