M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in roof padding, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 : 4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete/brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed (WPC measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation and cleaning surfaces of cement concrete incl flashing and junction of parapets etc and applying APP based polymeric memberane min wt 3 Kg/Sqm and min 3 mm thick reinforced with non woven fabric with torch application over and including a coat of oil base bituminous primer and finally applying two coats of bitumenous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per sqm over APP membrane, complete all specified and directed.

Weather Proof Coatings for External Walls by Authorised Agent :(a) Surface preparation :- (i) Surface shall be made free from all dust, loose particles laitance and sharp edges. Fungus and algae or the organic matters shall be removed using sutiable tools. (ii) Any wide shrinkage cracks shall be cut open to receive the crack filling materials crack X shrink free (cracks upto 10mm) (iii) Any wall separation (Beam, Column and masonry separation) shall be filled with polymer modified mortar admixed at a ration of 1:3 mortar with polymer dosage of 12-20% (b) Priming :- (i) Priming shall be done for the freshly plastered or putty surface by use of acrylic water based penetrating primer to form as a bond coat. (c) Application of Water Proof Coating :- Providing and applying two coats of weather proof and decorative coating with 80 - 100 micron thickness and 100% elongation properties. The product is capable of bridging the cracks of nearly 2mm and is easily tintable to any required shade.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.
