Cleaning of soak well upto 2.4 m dia, 6 m depth (liquid depth) using mechanical pumps diesel driven with fuel, operator and necessary excavation on half buried night soil and disposed off soak well water etc in pits including necessary excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the night soil etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of sewer line 150/200mm bore , of any depth, of any location, manhole of any depth, section, size between the sewer lines sewer line to septic tank/soak well/sump well by means of sewage sucking machine or by way of any other suitable means including disludging foreign material, sand, ashes, fibre, silt, grease, night soil, etc and removing the taken out sludge/material out side MD land by any means/source keeping the sewage line functional for the pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning / de-sludging of manholes of any dia using mechanical pumps, diesel driven, with fuel, operator, etc. and all necessary tools / plants including loading and carting off the drawn sludge, waste material, scum, spoil water, etc. outside MD land through designated sludge carriers / bio tanks and removing any blockages and flushing entire stretch with water to check functionality complete all as specified and as directed at the following depths:

Taking up broken sewer line of any depth and replacing sewer pipe with RCC PIPE CLASS NP2 150mm bore including jointing of pipe in CM 1:1, haunching against the sides of pipe in PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary excavation and earth work, disposal of material up to a distance of 50mtr and making necessary connection after cutting into existing sewer line/manhole to make it functional complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing man holes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channels (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1 : 2 : 4) type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for BOQ serial item Nos. 127.00 & 135.00 (i) All necessary precautions and all safety measures as per Municipality rules / relevant regulatory guidelines shall be taken by the Contractor in employing his workmen in foul conditions to prevent any health hazards, etc. (ii) The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any mishap to any of labourer deployed and to equipment/machinery/plants/material, etc. brought at site for work and any lapses whatsoever during the execution, (iii) The work shall be executed under the supervision of highly skilled tradesman / supervisor, (iv) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the above aspects, and no claims whatsover shall be entertainable at later stages and or during execution

Note : Sample of camouflaging pattern to be approved by GE as per user requirement.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and to any size, over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for applying one coat of white wash on plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces on wall at any height in Bldgs / Blast Pens incl preparation of surfaces and filling all holes with putty etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per BOQ srl item No. 140.00 here-in-above but as on ceilling at any height in Bldgs / Blast Pens complete all as specified and directed.
