SCHEDULE A CIVIL WORKS Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified. ( Note :- the vertical height above GL shall be measured for the purpose of payment towards work done)

Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody all as directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying only chain link fencing of MS galvanised wire (Hot dipped galvanised), not less than 3 Kg/sqm , made up into mattresses or cages of any mesh size and to any type of standards , rails , straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel bars round bar 10mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required,as in fixing of the chain link fence with fencing post including jointing ends of bars by welding, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 5 cm long and 5 to 10 mm dia. of shank complete all as specified.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring, 18 to 20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in skirting / dado verticle surface 18 to 20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in floorings including finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. ( screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:6 surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surafces of wall and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Surface dressing n. exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes,etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 40 mmt thick damp proof course in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction to horizontal or verticle surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Material and labour for use and waste of form work to edges of concrete flats, treds, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete raillings, opening in concrete wall, floor & roof n.exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC band in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm and n.exc 20 cm wide to rough finished surfaces of concerte complete all as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of form work to flat soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping) surfaces finished rough in forms complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars (TMT) 8/10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, using broken stone or boulders, deposited , spread and levelled in layer n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8), (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor and paving complete all as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 40 mm thick, in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Suppy and fixed in repairs, powder coated aluminium anodised window frame with sliding type 3 (three) tracks,(three shutter : one gauge and two glazed) shutter (aluminium sections for frame weighing not less than 1.67kg/mtr) and shutter frame aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55kg/mtr) including necessary jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber gasket aluminium anodised snap beading, screws, hold fast, locking arrangements, handle and 4mm thick tinted glass fixed in panels and stainless steel gauge mosquito proof wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, (1:2:4), (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in floor and paving laid in bays with using necessary form work complete all as directed.

Supply and fixed rolled mild steel in roof trusses ( framed), main and cross beams , hip and jack rafters ; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or otehr connecting plates etc confirming to grade Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality -A complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Material & Labour for consealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / fan point / exhaust point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

Materials and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.50 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core flame retardant cable (FRLS) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant cable (FRLS) with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to main switches DBs or in common earth dolly, drawn through and including concealed steel conduit , ISI marked , medium garde of adequate size with all steel conduitaccessories ISI marked as required complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable / burnt / damaged one. [NOTE : (i) Two run of sub main wiring cable along with one run of earth wire and one run of steel Conduit shall be measured as one length (ii) The rate include for chases cutting in wall with using electric cutter (iii) The rate includes for making good the disturb surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:4) including matching the surface with two coats of white wash / colur wash as per existing finishes to the entire staisfaction of Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fixing flame / explosion proof LED light fitting of 16 / 20 watts , cast aluminium alloy LM6 in hammertone grey finish heat resisitant suitable for terminating upto max 6.00 Sqmm incoming cable, MS sinc plated and passivated internal and high tensile steel external for cover fixing withh all accessiries including connecting up with twin core twisted flexiable conductor with suitable size complete all as speciifed and as dirceted.

Supply and fixing flame proof enclosures confirmning to IS-248-2004 , protection as per IP-55 made out of cast aluminium alloy LM6 of electric rating 16 A 240 volts Ac 50 Hz with 16 Amp DP rotary type switch (flameproof type)-3 Nos with 3 cable entry 3/4 inch x 3 nos complete for controlling 3 circuits complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying LT underground electric power cable,of size 6 sqmm 2 core, crossed linked XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured / PVC insulated armoured aluminium cable 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in repairs street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia 1.2 mtr length bent to shape and reduced to required size at top upto 1.2 mtr length by cutting, welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25 x 5 mm suitable length 2 Nos complete with drilling, hole, fixing with nuts bolts and washers including painted with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed LED street light fittings with 40 watts LED made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LED`s with option of secondary optic with IP 65 protection with 110LM/W efficacy with operating voltage range of 140V to 270 V complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable up to cealing rose complete all as specified.
