M&L for MS 10 mm dia & over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required & binding with MS binding wire not less than 00.90mm dia complete.

M&L for MS 5 mm dia & over as in stirrups TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required & binding with MS binding wire not less than 00.90mm dia complete.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring,path , foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement sand screeding in CM 1:4 finished even & rough to receive tiling

S&F 28-30 mm thick precast chequered tiles any shape rubberised finish Lacquer coated with top 4-5 mm with anti abrasive material all as per sample laid over cement sand screed (measured seprately) jointing & pointing in neat cement mixed with pigment complete all as directed at site

M&L for Sand filling under floors or under interlocking tiles incl ramming and consolidation

S&F machine made precast cement concrete blocks (interlocking paves) Rubberised finish coloured (lacquer Coated) of 60mm thick with 6mm top layers of anti abrasive material , M-35 Grade all as as per sample kept in GE Office laid over sand filling layer & spreading fine sand over the tiles to fill in the joints & cleaning the same after filling of joints all as directed at site (Shape and size shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge) .

S&F machine made precast cement concrete curb stone blocks using Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone agg) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge ser in CM 1:6

Dismantling of RCC fencing post or struts of any description/section including taking out embeded ,barbed wire in concrete and making good disturbed all as directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil

Returning, filling in,including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft loose soil

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complate all as specified and directed.

Extra over squared rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular course for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular coursed built in cement mortar all as specified

M&L for Keyed pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular course in CM 1:3 all as specified.

M&L for face work masonry with 100-125 mm thick white / chitter sand stone having rock face bushings not less than 15-20 mm incl chisel drafted margin 20-25 mm wide all as per local Jodhpur Pattern (KADAOU) regular coursed well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified . Height of Kadaou stone course shall not be less than 200mm all as directed at site.

M&L for face work masonry with 100-125 mm thick white / chitter sand stone plain face without bushings incl chisel drafted margin 20-25 mm wide all as per local Jodhpur Pattern (KADAOU) regular coursed well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified . Height of Kadaou stone course shall not be less than 200mm all as directed at site.

M&L for keyed pointing to kadaou facework of Jodhpur sandstone in CM 1:3 using white cement & pigment to match the shade of the stone.

Taking down old sand stone/precast cement conc chattri over all size 0.6x0.6x1.2m & removal away from site

M&L for fixing in position of Sand Stone Chattri Jodhpur pattern over all size 0.60 (L) x0.75m (W) & over all ht not less than 1.20m incl sand stone columns, sand stone arches , brackets & snad stone dome slab of approved shape & carvings incl 1 no Brass finials of ht 0.30 m complete all as per trade pattern of interlocking & fixing of parts with suitable solvent cement adhesive all as directed & as per sketch attached .

M&L for sand stone moulded weathered copings , window cills & the likes set in CM 1:6 with corbelling , throatings all as per design complete.

Dismantling GI wire cattle fencing any type

Dismentaling of barbed wire fencing & removal from site.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS framed work as in fencing posts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. & frame work for Boards using MS hollow pipes Sq/ Rectangular incl supports erc ,; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work

Supply only MS 10mm dia for round bars dia cut to length , bent to hook at ends for fixing as line wires to chain link fencing all as directed at site

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size mesh 50x50xmm mesh size 3 mm dia of wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or stel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins, etc. as directed

M&L mild steel bolts machine made 10mm dia of neck hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwd both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exceeding 3 cm but not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in mass filling & foundation etc for embedding fencing posts

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work as in door or gates of angle ,MS hollow pipes, solid SQ sections Flat iron etc or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete with steel sheetingas required to br prepared for hanging or sliding with and including MS Channel as posts & hold fasts & suitable arrangements for locking etc complete all as specified & directed conforming to Fe 290.Gde E165.

M&L for welding cast iron designer pieces ornamental type with intricate designs & like spirals , Spikes etc as per sample fixed to steel gate by welding.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without extra cement on stone wall surface complete all as specified & directed.

M & L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of serfaces complete all as specified and directed..

Scraping out incl complete removal of existing surface treatment from walls ,RCC chajjas ,fascias etc any description any thickness & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed

M&L for carrying out texture wall finishes exterior grade over surfaces of walls , RCC chajjas fascias roof projection etc of approved pattern ( Top Gun Compact / Stucco shade/pattern ) of Make Castle Paints or equivalent incl preparing the old surfaces making good to depressions etc with a coat of putty etc complete to obtain the desired finish all as per sample
