Preventive/ Break down Maintenance of follwing rating LT motors & its feeders/breakers. Job involves for preventive maintenance at motor side:- checked the motor terminal condition, cleaning & tightening of terminals and terminal links take the inductance, resistance & IR values with motor checker. Ensure earthing else rectify the same with suitable size wire/strip. For 415 Volt feeder side, jobs includes :- rack out the feeders, check the power contactors, power & control Fuses, tighten all power/control connections, cleaning of the feeders & control terminals etc. Check the coil resistance of the contractor. Replacement of overheated lugs at motor/ feeder side if observed, same should be replaced with new one. The job shall be carried out as per technical specifications of the tender

415 V Motor from 9kW to 45kW

Complete Overhauling of 415 V Motors upto 45KW inclusive bearing replacement, electrical connection, drying of coil painting with enamel paint inclusive of fan removal & fixing. [Material supply will be Dept. Scope]

Upkeeping & maintenance of individual cells of Class-I &II stationary battery bank :Job includes the cleaning & measuring the cell voltage, specific gravity of the electrolyte of the Cell. Check the tightness of the cell connections. Maintain the electrolyte level of the cell. This job shall be carried out in RTC shift and the job also includes monitoring and logging of parameters of battery charger and UPS to ensure healthiness of battery banks. In addition assisting in other maintenance job during the shift.

Operation of each circuit breaker/ isolator /MCB as per permit/ IOM to ensure de-energisation of equipments /system for carrying out maintenenace work and subsequent operation of circuit breaker/ isolator /MCB after completion of maintenance work and surrender of permit including connection/disconnection of cable as where required and overall supervision & record keeping for all activities in RTC shift including recording parameters of sustation relay panel and switchyard equipments in log book. In addition to above receiving, registering of complaints and rectification of minor faults in power circuit/ motor is also in the scope of contractor.

Carrying out weekly / monthly surveillance test of 400KVA DG set or 25KVA DG set as per checklist including surveillance check up of connected Battery and logging parameters.

Checking of Earth Resistance of earthpits and writing the pit resistance and date of measurement with white paint on black back ground on the pit cover. Paint supply by dept.

Quarterly maintenance and condition monitoring of transormers: On line Sampling of Transformer Oils and handing over to the chemical lab for moisture testing & carrying out BDV test of the transformer oil. The job also includes replacement of Silica Gel based on condition, topup of oil in the transformer, leak arrest if any, clean the area & transformer fins, cleaning of silica gel breather and oil top up in breather. Job also includes carrying out any preventive maintenance on transformer including breaker preventive maintenance (whenever shutdown is available)
