Supplying and fixing 40Amps TPN on existing distribution boards using necessary fixing materials and ‘C’ Type curve, indicator ON/OFF, Energy cross-3 with short circuit breaking capacity of 10K and complete wiring as required confirming to IEC 60898.

Supplying and fixing earth electrode for grounding of light circuits, using 40mm dia., 2.9mm thick, 2.5mtr long GI pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable –SBC reducer fixed on top of earth electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in CC chamber of 400x400x100mm with cast iron cover. The earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia. And the electrode should be coved 150mm around pipe complete depth with alternate layers of salt and charcoal. The connection from the electrode is to be established through 25x3 copper flat using GI bolts and nuts.

Supplying and running 25x3mm copper strip for grounding connection using fixing materials as required.

Digging of trench of size 0.6 mtrs x 0.5 mtrs of laying of LT cable and refill the trench. In some places paver blocks, concrete & asphalt in cable route, whenever removed, re-fixed the paver blocks, re concrete/asphalt the road. Hard soil.

Providing and filling sand in excavated trench to cover already laid UG cable to a depth of 150 mm around the cable.

Supplying & laying of RCC semi cut pipe (C-CUT) in existing trench over the cable. Size: 150 mm dia, 25 mm thick.

Supplying heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe confirming to IS2509 with suitable size bends, metal/pvc junction boxes, adhesive paste etc. and running before concreting the slab. The conduit should be tied to the reinforcement rods by using bonding wires and unused ways of junction boxes and pipe ends should be covered using PVC end enclosers, run with 18SWG GI fish wire wherever necessary.

Wiring for lighting and power circuit using one of pvc insulated 1100V grade, multistrand copper conductor single core cable in casing and capping/conduit system of wiring.

Supplying and flush mounting powder coated/galvanized metal box suitable for fixing mounting modular switch plates. The box should be firmly flush mounted after due groove cutting in brick/stone/cc wall.

Supplying and fixing superior quality modular switch mounting polycarbonate plate with necessary supporting back plate, dummy plates with required nos of machine screws, bolts, nuts etc. complete on the existing pvc box.

Fixing all types & all capacities of LED indoor fittings on the ceiling using approved make 23/0.0076” twin twisted PVC insulated wires with required no of round blocks and clamps using necessary length of GI chain.

Supplying BOX type LED Industrial light fittings- 4’x1x1, 6-20W with 1 nos 4’ LED light, lumen level output-1600-2100 and wattage-16-20W.
