Preventive and routine maintenance of 33KV GIS Modules, Panels, Schneider make and switchgear having Double Bus Scheme Indoor Type 12 Nos. of 33KV Bays at 132KV S/s, Bageshwar under OandM Division, PTCUL, Almora

Preventive and Routine maintenance of 33KV GIS Modules, panels (Schneider make) and switchgears having Double Bus Scheme (Indoor)- 12 Nos. 33 KV Bays at 132KV GIS S/s Bageshwar and submission of report as per enclosed scope of work and specification with all T&P, etc. at 132 KV GIS s/s bageshwar by Authorised Service Engineer of Equipment manufacturer includinding charges of skilled and experienced personnels. Work includes:- (a) Condition monitoring, checking and troubleshooting attending of 33 KV GIS switchgear and breakers including all operating mechanism and Relays as well. (b) Complete checking of 3 position mechanism (Isolator/Earth switch), PT switching mechanism, main mechanism, of 33KV circuit breaker and switchgear. (c) SF6 gas leakage test and moisture content inspection and refilling of SF6 gas in 33KV Bay as per reqirement, in case of leakage of SF6 gas. (d) Check and lubricate the operation mechanism of 33KV GIS such as de-greasing and greasing of mechanism. (e) Checking of 33KV mechanical operation and setting such as operational check of trip link mechanism, testing of perting coil shunt and closing coils, blocking coils, testing of spring charging motors and gear wheels, etc. (f) Testing of 33KV CT, PT, and breakers, Relay after inspection, measuring the insulation resistance of control circuit by a high resistence meter, Ratio test, Polarity test etc. (g) Checking of operation counter of 33KV Circuit Breakers, Time setting of Circuit Breakers as per requirement. (h) Routine maintenance of 33 KV control & relay panels including scheduled cleaning, lunrication, tightening of connection/terminals,replacement of minor dameged parts of panels, tracing of cuircits etc. as per direction of engineer in-charge. Note:- Maximum 03 Nos.CBs per day, Schedule of 4 days for each frequency (Total Job 24 = 12 nos. 33KV GIS Bays X 02 Nos. Frequency).

For attending Emergency breakdown in 06 Nos. 33KV Bays, GIS Modules, panels (Schneider make) and Switchgears. Charges for Authorised Service Engineer of equipment manufacturer including skilled and experienced personnels for maintenance. (Service Engineer shall come within 2 days of intimation otherwise panlty @ 1% of contract value per day shall be deducted subject to the maximum 10% of Contract Value).
