Providing and laying random rubble hard granite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth and / or super structure using hard granite stones including bond stones free from weathered skinned surface, laying the masonry to the line & level, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, cess, rehandling of the materials, if required, working at any height / depth, including all lead, lift & de- lift etc; complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade using 20 mm & downgraded size crusher broken black hard granite chips of approved quality free from weathered skinned surface, mixing the concrete in concrete mixer, carrying & laying at any height/ depth to the line & grade, compacting with vibrator / rammers for proper compaction, curing, re-handling of materials, if required, with all lead, lift & de-lift including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, cess, hire and running charges of machineries such as concrete mixer and generator etc; but excluding the cost & labour of steel reinforcement complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying well burnt clamp burnt brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure at any height using 23 cm x 11 cm x 8 cm size C.B. bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Cm2 including splay cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, soaking bricks before use, curing, providing scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials, labour charges, cess, tools & plants, rehandling of the materials, if required and all lead, lift & de- lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing high yield strength deformed steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, binding, straightening, tying the grills & placing in position at any height / level including cost, conveyance & taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials (including binding wire 18 to 20 gauge), labour charges, tools & plants, cess, rehandling of the materials, if required and all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab at any height / floor using 6 mm size black hard granite chips free from weathered skinned surface, laying & compacting the concrete to required level and grade including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials, labour charges, tools and plants, cess, curing, rehandling of the materials, if required with all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls at any height with two coats of ISI marked weather coat of approved quality & make over & including one coat of ISI marked water bound wall cement primer to give an even shade including cost, conveyance, taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials, labour charges, cess, tools & plants, providing scaffolding / staging, preparation of surface prior to application, curing with all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying approved quality, make & shade polished vitrified floor tiles of 600 mm x 600 mm size plain (Ivory) premium grade having thickness 8 mm to 10 mm confirming to IS 15622 : 2006 (Group-B), carriage to the work site and fitting & fixing on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4), filling the joints with white cement of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, cess, curing, preparation of surface with all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying approved quality, make & shade polished vitrified tiles of required size plain (Ivory) premium grade having thickness 8 mm to 10 mm confirming to IS 15622 : 2006 (Group-B), carriage to the work site and fitting & fixing in dados, skirtings etc; on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3), jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, cess, curing, preparation of surface with all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 20 mm thick cement sand plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over stone masonry at any level including racking out joints 12 mm deep, finishing the surface smooth, watering for curing, providing scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, cess, rehandling of the materials, if required and all lead, lift & de lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with approved quality of coarse sand in layers including watering, ramming, cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), cess, rehandling of the materials, if required and all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying mild steel doors / windows of approved specification & drawing the weight of which should not be less than 40 Kg / Sqm. using approved quality of structural steel including cutting the steel to required size, fabricating, welding etc; and fixing with necessary fixtures including cost, conveyance, taxes (Excluding GST), labour charges, fabrication charges, tools & plants, cess, rehandling of the materials, if required etc; all complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying mild steel grills of approved design and specification the weight of which should not be less than 17 Kg / Sqm. using approved quality of structural steel / square rod including cutting the steel to required length / size, fabricating, welding to the windows/ ventilators etc; with cost, conveyance, taxes (Excluding GST), labour charges, cess, fabrication charges, tools & plants, rehandling of the materials, if required and all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing painting two coats with enamel paint of approved brand/shade over and including one coat of priming with approved red oxide primer to the steel doors, windows & ventilators etc; at all height to give an even shade including cost & conveyance of all materials, taxes (Excluding GST), labour charges, tools & plants, cess, preparation of surface before applying the paint & primer etc; complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with approved quality of previously excavated earth in layers not exceeding 300 mm in depth including watering with cost & conveyance of water, ramming, re-handling of earth, if required, labour charges, cess, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST) and with all lead, lift & de-lift etc; complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
