SCHEDULE `A' PART-XV MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (Note for items 15 to 51: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Shifting of transformer of 100 KVA capacity within 20-30KM area including loading and unloading by using crane and fixing at proposed STP site at Darjipura including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) All required T&Ps, man power, vehicle for shifting of transformer any other material shall be provided by contractor and all rates shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Damaged/ broken parts during shifting shall be repaired and made functional by contractor without any extra cost. (iii) Disconnection and dismantling of transformer from existing site and refixing of HT/ LT connections at required place (New STP) as directed by Engr-in-charge shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) Cost of PCC foundation of suitable size and earthing for transformer shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for transformer platform of size 2.5m x 2.5m x 1.5m height using brick work in CM 1:6, with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation, 60cm below ground level, including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on outer side of platform wall, mixed with water proofing compound, top of the platform in 30 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1, including necessary earth work, form work and including two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable path indicator made of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 0.2 m x 0.1 m x 0.75 m height, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars 100 mm c/c horizontally and vertically, voltage and cable size mentioned in bold letters and painted with brown paint and background with two coats of yellow paint including PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, of size 0.3 m x 0.2 m x 0.1 m for each 50 meter distance, joints, turning points, crossings etc. including necessary exavation and earth work, removal compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing street light factory made thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 66/67 "weather proof", with terminals for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) of size 205 x 255 x 112 mm depth with cable entry) of size 205 x 255 x 112 mm depth with cable entry size of 10-25 Sqmm with terminal consisting of 01 No. MCB 06 Amps, 10 KA capacity including aluminium strip bus bar for incoming and outgoing cable with necessary connection duly fixed on the pole with suitable size of MS clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of non-clog vertical submersible pumps single stage of 35 Cum/Hr flow rate capacity at 15 mtr head suitable for operation on 415 Volt 3 Phase squirrel cage, electric driven, copper wounded continuously rated motor ,class F insulation, water cooled with High chromium iron cutter, zinc free bronze impeller and suction cover CR-series, non-clog pump to pass 35 mm size particles including installation of guide rail fitting system and lifting chain, submersible cable PVC insulated of copper stranded conductor up to 10 mtr, for wet well complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of stone masonary valve pit of size 600 x 600 x750 mm (internal dimension) built in cement mortar 1:4 including plastering 20mm thick internally and externally in CM 1:4, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, 15 cm thick in foundation extending 10cm beyond external faces of wall around PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover made out of 3.15 mm thick MS round bar and locking arrangement, MS sheet cover should be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using manual/ mechanical technique and necessary machinery including provision of HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for passing electric cables/ pipes complete all as specified and directed.

DG SET

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven Generating Set of 82.5 KVA (66 KW) capacity, brushless type alternator self exited, self regulated and fitted with AVR and screen protected Drip proof with IP 23 protection , AMF panel of under at N. T. P condition fully wired 415 V AC 3 phase, 4 wire 4 stroke 50 Hz, at a power factor of 0.8 lagging all as per IS-4722/2001 mounted on common base plate and directly coupled through flexible coupling closed couple to diesel engine with Dunlop cushion foot mountings (anti vibration) pad in and including acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy with ARAI approved and as per CPCB norms and size of PCC/RCC foundation as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site etc. and consisting of the following:- (A) ALTERNATOR : Alternator confirming to BS:5000/ IS:4722 with standard design with IP 23 Protection, suitably rated at 82.5 KVA(66 KW) KVA at 0.8pf, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 Wires, 50 Hz., 1500 RPM, self excited (brushless excitation)and self regulated, Band of Voltage Regulation +/-1.5% of rated voltage (from no load to full load) and Class “H” Insulation. (D) Acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy for gen set:- The gen set to be provided with acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy fabricated out of CRCA sheet 16 SWG and pre treated with 7 tank phosphating prior to polyester coating painting close fit type compact enclosure provided with adequate ventilation system to ensure perfect aspiration and cooling of the DG set to bel housed inside and avoid over heating /power deration. Acoustic insulation sound proofing should be made with a high quality insulation conforms to UL94-HF1 class for flammability and suitable including the following:- (a) Control panel should have blanking windows made out of toughen glass provided with rubber beading (b) Emergency stop button should be easily accessible (c) Provn of fitting of branded make including wiring inside canopy (d) Access to fill fuel tank control shall be from outside the canopy enclosure (e) All door, windows panels should be lockable with single key (f) Single/multi point lifting facility should be available on the base frame (g) Access to fill the radiator from outside the canopy (h) Specially designed as per manufacturers standard alternators are to be provided control sound at entry to canopy and exist from canopy (j) Adequate ventilation has to be provided to meet the air requirement of engine and alternator (k) Emission control device to control hazaradous gaseous pollutant up to(PM 2.5,SOX ,Nox,HC CO ,CO2 Etc.) fitted in fuel gas exhaust suitable for engine capacity.

Note:- (i) Temperature rise in the compartment/canopy should be less than 5 degree centigrade (ii) It should adhere to mandatory noise regulation norms (iii) It should be duly approved and guaranteed by the engine manufacture (iv) The acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy must be designed as per relevant IS and control the noise level all as specified in Govt of India notification (v) LT cable from DG set to AMF panel shall be measured & paid separate (vi) The FOL etc required for commissioning and testing of DG set shall be supplied by the contractor. This shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate of gen set (vi) Inverter canopy light of 10 W capacity luminous/narcotic make with necessary connecting from DG set battery. (vii) The cost of DG set platform is deemed to be included with unit rate of item. The design and drawing of plateform as per manufacturer recommendation.

MANNING AND OPERATION OF STP

Manning and operation of sewage treatment plant (new STP) and associated electro-mechancial equipments installed for Md Accn area at Darjipura, during defect liability period (two years), in two shifts of 8 hours each per day (i.e 1st shift from 0600 h to 1400 hrs and 2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including sundays and holidays by deploying one FGM in two shifts for STP consisting of components as in raw sewage pump, secondry clarifier mechanism with motor, air blower motor, filter feed pump, treated water pump, DG set, main panel board etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Manning and operation of sewage treatment plant during monsoons/ as required basis of (period of 3 months/ year) for two year in one shift of 8 hours per day (i.e. from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including sundays and holidays by deploying one FGM in one shift for STP consisting of components as in raw sewage pump, secondary clarifier mechanism with motor air blower motor, filter feed pump, treated water pump, DG set, main panel board etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item 50, 51: (i) Necessary inventory shall be taken both the parties at the commencement of work and completion of work with regard to fittings and fixtures in the STP. (ii) Staff (all trade) shall always remain on duty and shall maintain the connected documents such as log book, attendence register, installation running record book, water sample maintainence book etc. and records shall be checked daily by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Contractor shall provide the necessary T & P (spanner set etc.) to tradesman and also provide the log sheet, plant running book, clothing etc. and all records are to be maintained properly. Contractor shall maintain attendence register and shall produce the same on submision of RAR/ bill and as and when required duly signed by contractor, concerned . (iv) STP Installation and the whole complex should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look by clearing grass and other unwanted materials in and around the area, otherwise a recovery at the double rate of quoted rate will be charged if the installation and the complex are not kept clean all the times. (v) Maintaining of records shall be considered essential and any negligence of duty during resource managements and any deficiency found during contract period shall be viewed by the concerned and necessary compensation shall be levied as per the contract procedure. (vi) Contractor shall ensure that no worker shall work continuously more than 48 hrs in a week. (vii) The electrician cum FGM shall perform any duties entrusted other than specifically mentioned in contract as detailed by JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (viii) FGM cum Electrician shall be ITI pass or minimum matriculate with three years experience in the trade from recognized government institution. (ix) The tradesmen shall use chemicals carefully for maintaining the water quality, checking TDS and records shall be maintained properly. (x) Contractor shall provide life insurance of min 1 Lakh to all the employed manpower and copy of life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance. (xi) No employee shall be absent on duty; if anyone found absent during the contract period, a recovery at the double rate of quoted rate shall be levied .
