Supply and fix Auto door Car operator Mechanism for 800mm wide Centre opening door consisting of Car Door Motor 230 Volts, 50Hz, with built-in Rotary Encoder and suitable VVVF Drive, Full Length Infra Red Sensor 64 Beams along Car Door, Transmitter, Receiver and control Unit working on 230 Volts, AC with and including provision of Hairline finished Stainless steel Car Door panels of existing size made out of 1.5mm thick AISI 304 Grade Stainless Steel sheet with 8mm Toughened Glass Vision Panel of size 200x800mm alongwith bottom aluminium sill, and electromechanical overload sensor/switch with overload indication in COP calibrated to rated load capacity of lift and door closing prevention in case of overload including taking down existing Auto Door Car Operator and Car door panels and sill complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Auto door Car operator Mechanism for 900mm wide Centre opening door consisting of Car Door Motor 230 Volts, 50Hz, with built-in Rotary Encoder and suitable VVVF Drive, Full Length Infra Red Sensor 64 Beams along Car Door, Transmitter, Receiver and control Unit working on 230 Volts, AC with and including provision of Hairline finished Stainless steel Car Door panels of existing size made out of 1.5mm thick AISI 304 Grade Stainless Steel sheet with 8mm Toughened Glass Vision Panel of size 200x800mm alongwith bottom aluminium sill, and electromechanical overload sensor/switch with overload indication in COP calibrated to rated load capacity of lift and door closing prevention in case of overload including taking down existing Auto Door Car Operator and Car door panels and sill complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Auto door Landing Mechanism and bottom Aluminium sill buffing the door frame to clean the surface and one coat of black synthetic enamel paint with all fixing accessories sill support and brackets, suitable for existing 800 mm Centre opening Landing door including carefully taking down the existing SS Landing door shifting to civil workshop for necessary modification to the existing SS door panels for cutting and provisioning of vision panel of size 200x800mm with 8mm toughened glass to match with the car door vision panel, re-shifting back to site of work, refixing and testing on completion including taking down existing Auto Door Landing mechanism complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: Rates quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of following: (a) Fixing of temporary wooden/plywood shutters at all landing doors opening for safety of the users till installation of modified landing door panels. (b)Repair / making good of any surface flaws found on landing door panels like bend/ buldging including buffing for complete cleanliness at workshop with suitable machinery. (c) Making good/ filling of gaps of damages occured during replacement of landing door frames / mechanism.

Supply and fix COP[Cabin Operating Panel] made out of AISI 304 Grade hairline finished Stainless Steel Sheet 1.5 mm thick including push Buttons alongwith Digital Display Card, Lock, all relevant features, wiring and provision of inbuilt hands free / Push to talk(PTT) 3 way intercom system for ground floor, cabin and machine room including taking down existing COP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix LOP[Landing Operating Panel] made out of AISI 304 Grade hairline finished Stainless Steel sheet of 1.5mm thick including push Buttons, Lock alongwith Digital Display Card, all relevant features & wiring etc, including taking down existing LOP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix cabin body for 08 passenger lift , made out of stainless steel sheet of 16 gauge AISI 304 grade with hairline finish, car top frame made out of 2mm thick MS Channel with power coated paint and SS false ceiling made out of 1.5mm thick AISI 304 grade mirror finish SS sheet with provision of 06 Nos of 6 Watt sleek LED round light fittings emergency light supplied by UPS, 01 Nos of fan 230V, 2200 RPM along with fan grill, Mild Steel (MS) base floor with provision of 20mm Jet Black Granite fixed on the floor surface with appropriate adhesive to match the Sill level, including 38 mm dia SS hand rail with hairline finish, specification plate with complete details of the lift and A3 sized acrylic board with six number of studs fit to one wall of the car cabin, floor announcement and ARD announcement system in English languages and Over load warning indicator both audio and visual type with tripping system having relays etc (overload protection/tripping system), CCTV inside the car cabin (with stainless steel casing) with an SD card memory of minimum 256 GB capacity including taking down old cabin body all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Automatic Rescue Device of UPS based with Battery voltage of 72 Volts (12Vx6Nos, 7 AH) with Battery Charging Unit/Circuit, converter card and microcontroller based Mosfet card complete with encloser including provision of all indications like Battery Charging, Rescue Operations ON/OFF, Lift Moving Up/Down, Safety complete for the safe and satisfactory operation of the ARD suitable for 8/10/13 Passenger capacity Lift of multi-storeyed Buildings upto G+14 Floors complete, including taking down existing ARD complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, test and commissioning of micro processor/Mother board based controller for full collective operation to match existing Auto door passenger lift including software development, MS powder coated encloser for relays, switch gear, transformer, Microprocessor/Mother board, BCD Converter card, MCB and all other components along with internal wiring and Vriable Voltage Variable Frequency Drive suitable for main motor of lift 08 Passenger serving upto G+14 floors.
