Schedule-1 Design & Documentation Work

Topographical Survey, Geotechnical investigation, Design, Drawing & Documentation work for Water supply, Sewerage and other ancillary works: Work Shall Include Design, Engineering, Preparation of Good for Construction drawing for civil, structural, mechanical electrical & instrumentation and vetting of major RCC structures from reputed Govt. institute (IIT/NIT or approved by Employer's Representative) Pipe line route survey ,Proposed & Existing Components Plot Survey,Household survey (Door to Door Survey), geo-tagging, Trial pits etc. as per Technical specification and as directed by Employer's Representative .

Survey, soil investigation, Design, Drawing & Documentation work for STP and its ancillary works:Work Shall Include Survey & soil investigation work, Preparation & submission of Hydraulic/Architectural Design & Drawing, Civil/Structural Design & Drawings, Electricl, Mechanical & Instrumentation Design & Drawings, As Built drawings, Preparing training Programme and Manuals etc complete all as per scope of work and as directed by Employers Representative

Schedule-2 Water Supply , Sewerage , Road Side Drainage and ancillary works

Excavation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand) for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5 m and all leads with back filling in layers not exceeding 20 cm including consolidation, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Excavation in soil mixed with single bouldres etc. requireing the use of special T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5 m and all leads with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Excavation in medium Rock by chiseling or mechanical means requireing the use of special T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5 m and all leads with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Add to item 5.0 to 7.0 for for every additional 1.5 m. (5 ft) lift or part of 1.5 m.(5 ft).

Filling of earth in trenches or in embankment by available earth in the layers not exceeding 20 cm in thickness with consolidation of each layer by ramming with mechanical compector under optimum moisture content (OMC) to give atleast 95% of maximum dry density (proctor density). Boulders or broken rock pieces are not allowed in filling of earth. (other than item No. 5, 6 and 7).

Excavating, supplying, transporting of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport including all lead & lift ,loading & unloading at site etc. complete as per the direction of Employer's Representative.

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water, including rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work including disposal to the nearest drainage or as as directed by Employers Representative.

Providing and fixing Barricading at site of work for restricting the general public using 40 mm dia M.S. pipe ("B" class) as vertical post with average spacing of 1.80 meter between two vertical posts, having height at least 1.5 m above road/ ground level and at least 30-45 cm below road/ ground level by making suitable size hole in road/ ground, providing and fixing suitably two rows of 100 mm wide PVC Tape preferabley of red colour. The M.S. pipe shall be painted in red and white colour strips as per approved pattern as and when it becomes shabby but at least after every alternate shifting at new location. After shifting/ removal of barricading the hole shall be filled up properly and site is to be cleared in all respect. (Note: measurement is to be done in linear basis).

Providing and fixing Barricading at site of work for restricting the general public using 40 mm dia M.S. pipe ("B" class) as vertical post with average spacing of 1.80 meter between two vertical posts, having height at least 1.5 m above road/ ground level and at least 30-45 cm below road/ ground level by making suitable size hole in road/ ground, providing and fixing two rows of 40 mm dia M.S. pipe ("B" class) as horizontal members with nuts & bolts. After shifting/ removal of barricading holes shall be filled up properly and site is to be cleared in all respect. (Note: measurement is to be done in linear basis).

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6 mm angle iron or 50x50x3 mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50 cm long MS angle 40x40x6 mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250 mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Employer's Representative which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Employer's Representative. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Employer's Representative.(Note : One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

Providing and laying sand bedding and encasing all around the pipeline in trenches including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per technical specification & as directed by Employer's Representative.

Providing & laying Granular bedding with graded hard crusher broken stone of 100% passing through 20 mm sheive, 20 to 50 % passing through 10 mm sheive and 100 % retain on 6.3 mm sheive, laying in layers of thickness 10/15 cm including ramming, consolidation etc complete for all type of pipes of following sizes as per drawing and or as directed by Employer's Representative

Providing House Service Connection(Single Service connection) from Ductile Iron distribution main to property limit, including supply & fixing of brass ferrule confirming to IS: 2692, clamp saddle of non corrosive Engineering Plastic(Polyethylene) body moulded with Stainless Steel threaded metal insert for tapping outlet.The stirrup metal plate shall be duly embedded in the plastic body, except at the place of nut-bolt lugs.Threading size & dimensions shall confirm to IS :554. The design of the saddle body should be such that, the service connection outlet metal insert shall project out towards pipe side & align with hole drilled on the pipe to ensure positive locking against rocking or creeping on the pipe, as might be caused by vibration, pressure or excessive external loading. Saddle seal shall be of virgin rubber SBR Grade 30 / NBR (NSF 61 approved). It shall be of type pressure activated hydro-mechanical design. It shall be contoured gasket to provide a positive initial seal, which increases with increase in the line pressure.Gasket shall be gridded mat, with tapered ends, with the outlet section having ring contacting the saddle body multiple rings contacting the pipe, preferably with a stainless steel reinforcing ring insert moulded to prevent expansion under pressure. Stainless Steel Type 304, NC rolled threaded, Tightening torque for1/2"(M12) nut bolt: 14g.m and for 5/8"(M16) nut bolt:21-23kg.m. Drilling the DI pipeline shall be through the chain and rachet mechanism and the drill hole shall be perpendicular to the axis of the DI pipeline, including supplying & laying MDPE PE 80 PN16 blue pipe as per ISO 4427 upto the property limit of both sides of road including supplying & fixing PP compression fittings such as Metal Insert Female Thread Adaptor with SS304 material (2Nos), Double compression elbow with compression on both sides (4Nos) complying to ISO 14236-2000 and GI plug-in for closure of ends/GI pipe with union to joint with existing connection, SS Ball Valve, FVC. All Pipes & fittings shall be PN 1.6 rating including transportion, loading & unloading at site, all labours, tools, eqipments etc. complete work including connecting new house service pipeline to existing/new legal house connection after completing the distribution pipeline as per the drawing & as directed by Employer's Representative.(Road Cutting & Restoration shall be paid separately)

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing, specification ,direction of Employers Representative which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Employers Representative. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Employer's Representative.(Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects Grading I - 13mm using Bitumen VG - 10.as per drawing and as per direction of Employer's Representative.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects,as per drawing and as per direction of Employer's Representative.

Providing and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall conform to ASTM D4280. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/ 97-DO.III and the length ,height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90 mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm and outermost faces of configuration of marker shall not deviate more than 1.3 mm from a flat surface. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The marker shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro – reflectory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Employers Representative. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-(i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits.(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. all complete as per the direction of Employers Representative.

Collection of septage from house hold and conveyance to Co-treatment facility at STP and safe disposal into STP for further treatment conforming to the relevelent service levels including all necessary activities and obligation as necessary for suction of septage from septic tanks , house service connection chambers, management of septage collection, conveyance, disposal management, all administrative tasks and all services etc., as well as cost of management, wages, incentives, operations, maintenance, spares, administration, equipment, transport, operation of septage cleaning equipment for cleaning of septic tank by using Suction Machine including all necessary preventive and reactive maintenance of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation units, administration, transport, communications, management information systems, reporting, including cost of all wages, chemicals, Fuel , consumables, administration, transport, spares, insurance etc., complete.

Providing ,laying & jointing of sewer house service connection to individual housess from chamber inside the property to either road side chamber or street manhole .Works includes supply and delivery of Foam core PVC Pipe with ISI mark intended for underground (buried)_ non pressure gravity sewer applications conforming to IS:16098 (Part 1) with latest amendments for different sizes and stiffness classes as per specifications including identification of location of existing chamber / sleeve.The pipes shall be fitted with rubber ring.The rubber ring shall be trouble-free watertight joint with allowance to thermal expansion / contraction. Including excavation (in water mud or under foul condition, dismantling of all type of roads like BT, CC, Stone, Paver blocks (all thickness and sizes), and floors likes kota stone, tile, manhole etc. Or any other type of floooring as per site condition, dewatering, refilling, compaction and disposal of surplus earth / unserviceable materials with all lead and lift at suitable disposal site as directed by Employers Representative. Making conncetion of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors, with cement concrete. The specials like bends, tees, couplers,etc.) shall be provided as per site condition .All transportation,loading and unloading ,conveying to site,lowering ,laying and jointing of pipes, 75 mm thick sand/concrete bedding all around the pipe ( 75 mm thk PCC is to be provided if cover above pipe is less than equal to 0.9 mtr and sand bedding is to be provided if cover above pipe is more than 0.9 mtr) as per drawing and specifications shall be inclusive complete the work in all respect and as per specification and as directed by the Employers Representative .The Stifness class shall be ,SDR 34,SN-8.(CC Floor restoration shall be paid saparately )
