Renovation of Lifting Station (LS – 1) at Nivedita Park:
Civil Part: a) dewatering and cleaning of silt from wet well and screen chamber etc. b) repairing/renovation of slab, super structure, boundary wall, railing, screen chamber, wet well, pathway, surface drain etc. c) replacement of screen d) renewing / repairing of plaster, concrete, flooring etc. e) roof treatment, f) renewing, fitting & fixing of windows, ventilators, grills etc. g) repairing / replacement of sanitary & plumbing works, h) repairing / replacement of rolling shutter, entrance gate, railing, ladder etc. i) interior & exterior grade acrylic primer and emulsion painting j) painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint including primer on steel or other metal surface etc. The work should be completed in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Electro-mechanical Part: All electro-mechanical works of Lifting Station (LS)-1 at Nivedita Park like repair / replacement of pumps, motors, switch gear box, MB panel, clarifier, transformer, pipeline, valve, consumable items etc. as necessary for full functioning of the unit as per actual site requirement and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Renovation of Lifting Station (LS – 2) at Pipulpati:

(1) Civil Work: (a) design, drawing and vetting from a reputed Govt. Institution as decided by KMDA, (b) construction of wet well, (c) construction of inlet chamber, (d) construction of screen channel, (e) construction of distribution chamber, (f) construction of valve chamber, (g) construction of LT / HT panel / metering room, transformer room as required. (h) construction of diesel generator room, if required, (i) construction of internal pathway, approach road, boundary wall and fencing with entry gate and rolling shutter, (k) fire fighting arrangement, landscaping, site development (l) construction of toilet block including sanitary & plumbing work etc. as per approved vetted design and drawing.
(2) Electro-mechanical Work: Supplying, installation, testing, 3 months trial run and commissioning of electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipments and accessory works including DG set as per approved and vetted design and drawing.
Construction of New Main Pumping Station (MPS) of capacity 26.50 MLD.
(1) Civil Work: (a) design, drawing and vetting from a reputed Govt. Institution as decided by KMDA, (b) construction of wet well, (c) construction of inlet chamber, (d) construction of screen channel, (e) construction of distribution chamber, (f) construction of valve chamber, (g) construction of LT / HT panel / metering room, transformer room as required. (h) construction of diesel generator room, if required, (i) construction of internal pathway, approach road, boundary wall and fencing with entry gate and rolling shutter, (k) fire fighting arrangement, landscaping, site development (l) construction of toilet block including sanitary & plumbing work etc. as per approved vetted design and drawing.
(2) Electro-mechanical Work: Supplying, installation, testing, 3 months trial run and commissioning of electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipments and accessory works including DG set as per approved and vetted design and drawing.
Designing, development, supply of equipment, erection of equipments, civil, electro-mechanical and instrumentation control works, including testing, commissioning of new 26.5 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at Taldanga with appropriate and cost effective technology including setting up of Environmental Laboratory.
(1) Civil Work: (a) design, drawing and vetting from a reputed Govt. Institution as decided by KMDA, (b) all civil and structural works (including that required for disposal and reuse) as per approved and vetted design and drawing, (c) all ancillary works like approach road, bridges, compound wall with gates, internal roads, area grading etc.
(2) Electro-mechanical Work: Supplying, installation, testing, 3 months trial run and commissioning of electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipments and accessory works including DG set as per approved and vetted design and drawing.
(3) Setting up of Environmental Laboratory as per latest CPHEEO Manual. All necessary instruments required for find out the parameter on daily basis of inflow and effluent flow as per latest CPHEEO Manual.
Construction of new Effluent Pumping Station (EPS) inside STP Premises Capacity 26.50 MLD.
(1) Civil Work: (a) design, drawing and vetting from a reputed Govt. Institution as decided by KMDA, (b) construction of wet well, (c) construction of inlet chamber, (d) construction of screen channel, (e) construction of distribution chamber, (f) construction of valve chamber, (g) construction of LT / HT panel / metering room, transformer room as required. (h) construction of diesel generator room, if required, (i) construction of internal pathway, approach road, boundary wall and fencing with entry gate and rolling shutter, (k) fire fighting arrangement, landscaping, site development (l) construction of toilet block including sanitary & plumbing work etc. as per approved vetted design and drawing.
(2) Electro-mechanical Work: Supplying, installation, testing, 3 months trial run and commissioning of electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipments and accessory works including DG set as per approved and vetted design and drawing.
Supplying and laying of new DWC HDPE sewer line: (a) Supplying & Laying of sewer line of Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (DWC HDPE) of stiffness class designation SN 8(conforming to I. S. 16098 (Part 2) :2013) (Spigot and Socket ended pipe at site including bedding with silver sand (conforming to relevant I.S. and CPHEEO Specification) jointing with rubber gasket, barricading, lighting arrangement, cutting of any type of road by mechanical/manual means and restoring damaged portion of the said road in its original position like either concrete road, Bituminous Macadam road with or without Mastic Asphalt road, traffic diversion arrangement, necessary earth work in excavation in trenches and Trail pits for sewer lines and other structures etc. in all sorts of soil or loose material including rubbish, removing the spoils / surplus earth, and debris to a destination decided by Owner upto their jurisdiction to be arranged by bidder (No extra lead will be payable), hire and labour charges for shoring with close timbering/ sheet piling/MS joists acting as soldier beams with MS plate including MS joist water beams as per approved design and drawing and retention of shoring where ever necessary ,bailing out water, dewatering from the excavated portion; hydraulic testing, making connection to old or new manholes/House Pit Connection (including dismantling and making good the manhole wall/House Pit Connection wall), filling and compaction of trenches with appropriate materials, Protection and shifting of underground and overhead utilities if necessary, temporary road restoration all complete with a minimum top cushion 1.20 Mtr. and slope as per design requirement to maintain self clearance velocity as per approved and vetted design & drawings, and as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.
(i) Supplying and laying of DWC HDPE pipe 250 mm. dia.
(ii) Supplying and laying of DWC HDPE pipe 300 mm. dia.
(iii) Supplying and laying of DWC HDPE pipe 400 mm. dia.
Supplying and laying of new RCC (Class NP3) sewer line: Supplying & Laying of sewer line of R. C. C. (ii) Supplying and laying of RCC pipe 800 mm. dia.
(iii) Supplying and laying of RCC pipe 900 mm. dia.
(2) Construction of new Manhole chambers: Construction of Brick masonry Rectangular cast-in-situ manholes in accordance with the provisions laid down in latest version of IS 4111 (Part 1) with chamber of size 900mm x 900 mm or equivalent area (inside measurement) including supplying and fixing of polypropylene coated foot-rests / cast iron make foot-rest, shuttering, staging, reinforcement, bailing out/ dewatering (by pumps or other means) of water , supply, fitting and fixing with Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) / Plastic Fibre Reinforced Concrete (PFRC) / Polypropylene Fibre Reinforced Concrete (PPFRC) Manhole cover (conforming to latest version of IS 12592) of clear opening 600 mm. with matching frame of grade HD-20/EHD-35 as per site requirement& packing around with PCC (1:2:4), complete as per design, drawing, specification and as directed by the DBO Engineer. (Excavation in all sorts of soil, barricading, lighting arrangement, traffic diversion arrangement, hire and labour charges of close timbering / sheet piling /MS joists acting as soldier beams with MS plate including MS joist Waller beams, temporary road restoration as per approved design and drawing and retention of shoring where ever necessary, backfilling and compaction of trenches with appropriate materials, Protection and shifting of underground and overhead utilities if necessary, dismantling of any type of road crust by mechanical/manual means, restoration of damaged portion of the said road in its original position and disposal of spoils / surplus earth, and debris to a destination decided by ULB upto their jurisdiction to be arranged by bidder (No extra lead will be payable)). The work shall be complete as per approved and vetted design and drawing as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.
(a) Depth of invert upto 1500 mm. below G.L.
(b) Depth of invert beyond 1500 mm. and upto 3000 mm. below G.L.
(c) Depth of invert beyond 3000 mm. and upto 5000 mm. below G.L.
(d) Depth of invert above 5000 mm. below G.L.
De-silting of Existing Drain: (a) de-silting of drains as per approved list from TIA/EIC, (b) the quantity will be finalized by measurement of dry silt stacked at site, during de-silting of drains. Note: Payment will be made on the basis of actual measurement and the rate submitted by the bidder. Disposal of the silt is included in the bidder scope.
Supplying and laying force main of different dia. DI pipe: Supplying & Laying DI K9 Socket / spigot pipes, rubber rings jointing materials and specials lowering the same in to the trenches up to depth as specified below G.L. true to alignment barricading, lighting arrangement, cutting of any type of road by mechanical/manual means and restoring damaged portion of the said road in its original position, traffic diversion arrangement, necessary earth work in excavation in trenches and Trail pits or sewer lines and other structures etc. in all sorts of soil or loose material including rubbish, removing the spoils / surplus earth, and debris to a destination decided by owner upto ULB jurisdiction to be arranged by bidder (No extra lead will be payable),hire and labour charges for shoring with close timbering/ sheet piling /MS joists acting as soldier beams with MS plate including MS joist waler beams as per approved design and drawing and retention of shoring where ever necessary ,bailing out water, dewatering from the excavated portion; filling and compaction of trenches with appropriate materials, Protection and shifting of underground and overhead utilities if necessary, temporary road restoration,cost of all jointing material, testing & commissioning including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work including supply & fixing of same size sluice valves & 100/ 150 mm size air valves all complete as per approved and vetted design & drawing, as per direction of the Engineer – in - Charge. Note: The dia. of pipe will be finalized as per approved and vetted drawing & design. Payment will be made on the basis of actual measurement and on the basis of rate submitted by the bidder.

Jack Pushing work under G. T. Road, if required: (a) design, drawing and vetting from a reputed Govt. Institution as decided by KMDA, (b) supplying and laying of 600 mm. dia. appropriate type of DI pipe including all specials and accessories. Note: The rate should be including of construction of driving pit, receiving pit, laying of appropriate dia. casing pipe and carrier pipe etc. in all respect.
Restoration of Damaged Road Surface due to laying of Sewer lines:
(a) Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil, (b) Single Brick Flat Soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed, (c) Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal / Laterite chelly or stone metal / shingles of specific size in hard crust of 100mm compacted thickness, (d) Wet Mix Macadam Base Course Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam of 150mm compacted thickness, (e) Dense Bituminous Macadam providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 50 mm thick, (f) Providing, laying and rolling of Open – graded premix seal surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 m³ per m²) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m³ per m²) size stone aggregates etc.
Providing and laying of open graded premix seal surfacing including applying of tack coat and other allied works complete in all respect.
Cement concrete road restoration of damaged road including concreting, brick flat soling and sand filling etc. due to laying of sewerlines complete in all respect.
Construction / setting up of Diversion Structure including Draw Shutter and Valve Chamber including necessary allied works: Note: The position will be finalized by EIC.
