PART-I:-Excavating over area as, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5 nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified. Note:- Locally available slate stone not shall be used.

Walling random rubble masonry with retrived stone under item No.18, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), but except stone all as specified. Note: Locally available slate stone shall not be used.

Precast cement concrete M- 15 (Nominal mix) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as in bond stones and the like all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Cost of form work shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted.

Extra over sand stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm complete all as specified.

Raised pointing, to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:3) Complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes of bore 110mm complete, fixed complete all as specified.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batterrough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, all as specified. Note :- Form work and reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-25 (Design mix), (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) Walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses, all as specified.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

Hand packing (any thickness)of broken stone or boulder at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified.

Graded stone aggregate of crushed stone of size 20mm to 40mm behind weep holes complete all as specified.

Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples of size of mesh 20mm complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 1.50KM but not exc. 5km and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.
