Engaging consultant for Construction of Flood Protection Bund from River side at Khel Goan Nagrota. Scope of work: The successful Consultant shall be required to provide services in respect of the following fields for this project and shall quote his rates accordingly: I. Taking client’s instructions and preparation of design brief. II. Topographical contour survey of KHEL GAON NAGROTA and adjoining areas with Total Station / DGPS. Providing elevations levels at every 10m grid. Total surveyed land area will be approx. 400 Kanals. III. Preparation of Master Plan Showing Existing and Proposed Infrastructure at KHEL GAON NAGROTA in consultation with Engineer In charge. IV. Presentation to the EE Sports Construction Division Jammu and their Client. V. Incorporate Suggested Changes Or New Proposals. VI. Any no. of presentations till Master Plan gets freeze. VII. Providing 5 sets of 3D Views of Proposed Infrastructure and MASTER PLAN to the client. VIII. Design of Proposed Flood Protection Bund On River Side a) Soil Testing at minimum 06 no’s locations with SPT ). b) Land survey works (L- section, cross section at every 25 mtr interval and all other elements.) c) Calculation of Scour Depth. d) Structural Design with Design calculations. e) Structural Design vetting from IIT / NIT/ Design Directorate/ GCET Jammu. f) Assist in Getting Technical Sanction from Chief Engineer’s Office, Jammu. g) Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Schedule of Specifications strictly in accordance with prevailing JKSOR. h) Inspection, supervision and evaluation of works at regular intervals. i) Any other individual /specific requirements of the project.
