DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF MD ACCN AND OTM ACCN UNDER GE WEST HISAR

Printing and updation of the status of complaints received through the online portal and entry of complaints received in person in the Complaint Cell by deploying one Computer Operator round the clock (24 hours) in three shifts. The work includes maintaining proper records of all complaints, including receipt, attendance status, closure status, material used for attending the complaint, date and time of attendance, complaints pending and reasons for non-attendance, and generation/printing of reports as required. All necessary T&P, including computer, printer, internet connection, stationery, and other items as specified in Schedule 'A' Notes, shall be arranged and provided by the Contractor

Attending and rectifying the E/M complaints of priority -I nature as per list attached within stipulated time and maintaining proper record of completed and pending complaints including updating the status of complaints in the computer. (The contractor has to update the completion of complaints by entering time of attending complaints, entering the material consumed and printing the baby indent of Sub div. Necessary manpower to be deployed by contractor 24x7 (in 3 shifts) for attending complaints of priority-I nature within stipulated frame as mentioned in PS. (All T&P and other minor store such as putty, white lead, screw, bolts, rawl plug etc reqd for attending complaints shall be providing by contractor.)

All as per above but for B/R complaints Priority-I Nature but timing 0900 to 1700 hrs.

Attending and rectifying the E/M complaints of Priority-2 &3 nature as per PS attached within stipulated time frame from 0900 AM to 0500 PM and maintaining proper record of completed and pending complaints including updating the status of complaints in the computer. (The contractor has to update the completion of complaints by entering time of attending complaints, entering the material consumed and printing the baby indent of Sub Div. Necessary manpower to be deployed by contractor for attending complaints of Priority 02 & 03 nature within stipulated time frame as mentioned in PS. (All T&P and other minor store such as putty, white lead, screw, bolts, rawl plug etc reqd for attending complaints shall be providing by contractor.)

Ditto all as per item No 04 above but for B/R complaints of Priority -2 & 3 nature.
