Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on external concrete wall surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

Preparing of spalled RCC surfaces due to seepage (n exc 50mm deep) by exposing fully corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scales and corrosion deposits mechanically or ideally by grit blasting, clean the surfaces and remove loose concrete, any dust, oil paint, grease etc. and pre-wet the surface with water and allow to dry slightly, apply approved zinc primer over the cleaned re-bars & allow to dry before repair and the substrate should be primed by applying one neat/clear coat of approved Epoxy bonding agent, finally apply Polymer Mortar of approved Make prepared as per manufacturer instructions (laid in 10 to 15mm thickness with bonding agent accompanied after each 15mm layer) to the prepared substrate by hand when primer becomes tacky ensuring that the material reached evenly behind bars incl curing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plaster surfaces of walls over 10cm width and applying two coats of weather coat exterior paint over a coat of priming paints plaster coat including necessary surface preparation.

M&L Preparation of plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M&L three coat of white wash on walls on newly plastered surface incl preparation of surface.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Lacquer coated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300 x 300mm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cement plaster 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggt) as in path, plinth protection, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed Precast cement concrete block masonry solid blocks of type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 as in kerb stones complete all as specified and as directed incl dismantling/demolition of old distressed blocks and removing out of site.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggt) as in path, hard standing, parking floors, etc., placed over 50 micron polythene film complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete, M-35 grade, interlocking paver block 60 mm thick rubber moulded of required size laid dry over 50mm thick sand Cushing complete all as specified incl dismantling/demolition of old distressed blocks and removing out of site.
