Annual Operation and Maintenance work of Hydro Mechanical Equipment at Tehri HPP

Item No. 1 : Yearly operation of Hydro Mechanical equipments viz. Gates, Hoists, Gantry cranes, Winch Machines etc. including shifting of All HM Equipments like gate panels, winch machines, wire rope pulleys & lifting slings etc. (except shifting of items mentioned in BOQ Sl. No. 3 to 5) to place of operation with all materials, labors etc. in all respect. (Crane & trailer/truck for shifting of gate panels, winch machines, wire rope pulleys etc. Wherever required will be provided by THDCIL on free cost)

Item No. 2: Yearly Preventive & breakdown Maintenance Work of Hydro Mechanical Equipments viz. Gates, Hoists, Gantry cranes, Winch machines etc. including embedded parts of HM equipments, Support structures & other hoisting equipments as per the Maintenance schedule/Projects requirements including labors, consumables, T&P in all respect. (Excluding Mechanical & Electrical spare parts, lubricants such as grease, gear oil, hydraulic oil, cardium compound & Rubber seals, Bolts/nuts. The Crane & trailer/truck etc. if required will be provided by THDCIL on free of cost. Electricity at the site will be provided free of cost by THDCIL.

Item No. 3: Optional Items

Loading, Unloading & Shifting of Stoplog gates of D/s of Trashracks with lifting beam from storage place to HRT intake site (EL.745.00 m) platform and back to storage place after completion of operation of Stoplog Gate (lowering & lifting) during maintenance of Trashracks (Crane & trailer/truck will be provided by THDCIL on free cost for Loading, Unloading & shifting of Gate panels).

Operation of Stoplog gates of D/s of Trashracks i.e. lowering of Stoplog gate panels in to groove & removing the same after completion of cleaning and lowering of Trashracks assembly at HPP-1/HPP-2

Operation of Trashracks assembly & cleaning of Trashracks i.e. lifting of Trashracks from groove to top of HRT platform (EL.745.00 m), cleaning of Trashracks & lowering of Trashracks back in to the groove.

Loading, Unloading & shifting of Stoplogs gates of D/s of Trashracks from one groove to another after completion of cleaning of Trashracks assembly. (Crane & trailer/truck will be provided by THDCIL on free cost for Loading, Unloading & shifting of gate panels)

Item No. 4: Optional Items

Loading, Unloading & shifting of HRT entry Stoplog gates with lifting beam from storage place to HRT intake site platform (EL. 745.00 m) and back to storage place after completion of operation of Stoplog gate (lowering & lifting) during maintenance of HPP tunnels between HRT entry gate groove & MGS gate groove. (The crane, trailer/truck will be provided by THDCIL on free of cost for Loading, Unloading & shifting of Gates/lifting beam from storage yard to site and for shifting back from site to storage yard after completion of maintenance work at HPP-1/2 or at PSP-1/2).

Operation of HRT entry Stoplog gates i.e. lowering of Stoplog gate panels in one gate groove and removing of the same after completion of maintenance of one HPP tunnel between HRT entry gate groove & MGS gate groove.

Loading, Unloading & shifting of HRT entry Stoplog Gate from one entry gate groove and Unloading of the same at another HRT entry gate groove for maintenance of tunnels between HRT entry gate groove & MGS gate groove. (Crane & trailer/truck will be provided by THDCIL on free cost for Loading, Unloading & shifting of Gate panels).

Loading, Unloading & shifting of Stoplog gates with Lifting beam from Chute spillway storage chamber to Shaft spillway site for operation purpose and shifting back them to Chute spillway storage chamber after completion of operation work. (Crane & trailer/truck will be provided by THDCIL on free of cost for Loading, Unloading & shifting of gate panels)

Item No. 5: Optional Items Loading & Shifting of T-4 Outlet Gates and unloading of the same at desired place as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Crane & trailer/truck will be provided by THDCIL on free cost for Loading, Unloading & shifting of Gate panels)
