Supply and fix in replacement of NRV of PVC body of size 15mm dia suitable for chlorine pipe line completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of NRV brass type of size 15mm dia suitable for chlorine pipe line completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of NRV PVC of size 50mm dia suitable for chlorine pipe line completed all as specified and as directed.

Opening the submerssible pump set (Motor+Pump) of capacity 05 HP, transporting to workshop, dismantling of Submersible pumpset, tracing out the defects, rewinding the damaged motor and taking out the u/s parts from the pump set, metling, grinding to bring the set in its original position, replacement of neck ring, key set, brass bushes, adjustment nut, thrust plate, coupling bushes, GM ball bush, katcher key set with new one etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifting of submerssible pump set of 05 HP capacity from borewell carefully with coloumn pipe of size 50/80 mm dia flanged/socketed MS/GI, 3 mtr each length (20 to 25 Nos of pipe) along with existing submerssible electric cable and shifting the pipe aside for reuse as directed.

Lowering of submerssible pump set of 05 HP cap into the borewell carefully with coloumn pipe of size 50/80 mm dia flanged/socketed MS/GI, 3 mtr each length (20 to 25 Nos of pipe), along with existing submerssible electric cable binding with GI/Al wire including making joint to submerssible cable all as directed. (Note: - Rubber gasket, jointing material, nut, bolts, washers shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Opening, dismantling, decoupling and taking out defective parts of Iron remover filter plant complete with pressure filter, catalytic media, air compressor, back washing facility of flow rate for suction & delivery pipe of eixsting size, tracing out the defects filter bed and taking out the u/s parts from the filter plant and filling the suitable size of filter bed / materials etc, metling, grinding to bring the set in its original position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Silica sand media for filter with granulometry between 0.4 and 0.8 indiginous, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement, testing and connecting cast iron sluice valve heavy duty double flanged, 100mm dia PN 1.6 confirming to IS 14846:2000 ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and two nos of MS flange of 16mm thick, 8 holes with nuts and bolts packing materials complete as required at site of water supply installations complete all as specified and direcetd.

S&F in replacement, testing and connecting cast iron sluice valve heavy duty double flanged, 80mm dia PN 1.6 confirming to IS 14846:2000 ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and two nos of MS flange of 16mm thick, 8 holes with nuts and bolts packing materials complete as required at site of water supply installations complete all as specified and direcetd.

Repair/maintemance to 2.5 HP capacity grass cutting machine (type of petrol engine) overhaulling, servicing and replacement of defective worn out parts etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Spare parts required will be measured and paid seperately.)

Opening, dismantling, decoupling and taking out defective parts of water pressure pump set (Pump + Motor+ sancer + valve blader) of capacity 1.0 HP from the base, transporting to work shop, trace out defects and taking out and replace of the u/s parts from the pressure pump set, metling, grinding, lathing work as required to make as per original shape and size and fixing the new parts as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complate with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below groundlevel at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected by GI strip 25x4 mm as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded Crushed stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mmx300mm, 15mm thick plaster in (1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reiforced with XPM and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part -1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.
