The scope of consultancy before commancement during commencement and after complition of work shall include following :
Pre-Execution Stage
1. Submission of GRIHA pre-certification documents to certification agency as applicable emediately on issue of work order.
2. Study and scrutiny of Arch Drgs finalised in hours at HQ CE (AF) Gandhinagar and structural drgs finalised by consultant. Suggest improvement/ corrections for maximum GRIHA points (For minimum 3 star rating)
3. Submission of draft tender with technical specifications, details of materials, product makes to achive above ratings.
4. Submission of consultancy report with check list to make part of contract to ensure compliance of green norms.
5. Submission of certificate that planning design materials and specifications in corporated in project is satisfying the green building norms indicating targeted GRIHA points/star rating complience.
6. Submission of check list to ensure compliences of specified green norms and monitoring them at specified stages by executives. | 1 | Job | GANDHINAGAR | 90 |
| 2 | Green Bldg | 7. Preparation, submission and uploading all the documents in accordence with the GRIHA requirements to appropriate authorities. Documentations shall be supported by Drgs, test results, equipment catalogues and calculations, Pre-certification documents to be submitted online through GRIHA website or offline where required.
8. Liasoning and co-ordinating with GRIHA team for registration of project, reponding to queries and observations within specified time.
9. Conducting a workshop at HQ CE (AF) Gandhinagar for one day covering discussion on works and presentation on process to be followed for GRIHA rating and time lines for each activities.
Execution Stage
1. Periodic/stage wise monitoring including site inspection at commancement of work, at completion of work and minimum 3 times during execution of work by consultant himself or his qualified rep.
2. Submission of report of each visit to GE/PM of the work.
Complition / Rating Stage
1. Preparation of final report alongwith documents and Drgs and submission to accepting offr for vetting.
2. Submission of documents and drgs for GRIHA certification/Star rating.
