Gateway configuration, protocol engineering, testing and validation of all 132kV & 33kV feeder real-time data communication to State Load Dispatch Centre (SLDC Lucknow) and Area Load Dispatch Sub Centre (ALDS Modipuram) through IEC 60870-5-104 (IEC-104) protocol. Scope shall include: -Configuration and mapping of all analog, digital, energy and alarm/event signals in Gateway/RTU. -Integration of existing bay IEDs/relays with Gateway through IEC61850/IEC101/IEC104 protocol as applicable. End-to-end communication checking from feeder bay level up to SLDC/ALDS control center. -Testing, validation and troubleshooting of real-time data, indications, SOE, alarms and commands. -Necessary protocol conversion, database creation, IP configuration and communication parameter settings. -Coordination with SLDC/ALDS authorities for successful data validation and commissioning. =Submission of tested database/configuration backup, communication reports and validation documents after successful commissioning.
