Description of Work / Item(s)
Part B- Labour.
Dismantling the Generator rotor.
Dismantling the Rotor pole from the rotor rim and rim from the Generator shaft done as per the operation and maintenance manual of OEM.
Reassembly of the existing rotor poles, new floating rotor rim along with fixation parts, clamping bolts, nuts and plates with the new generator shaft.
Fixing the assembled Generator rotor.
Insulation on lead shall be apply where as required to eliminate ground faults.
Dismantling of Turbine shaft.
Assembling of new Turbine shaft and fixing Runner buckets.
Coupling of Generator & Turbine Shafts.
Testing and commissioning of the Turbine and Generator including Final balancing of rotor for safe vibration as per IE Standards IS 7919-5 & IS 14817-5 (<240 µm) at UGB LGB & TGB.
