Renovation of Churu and repairs of existing storage tank at Kharadu Bag, Ward No. 1 Mandi (M.C. Deposit)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten squaremetre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, upto any lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, upto any lead including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four coarse sand :eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, in all works up to all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° (fifteen degree) landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staicases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 ( one cement : one & half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charg .

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetera and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform etcetera for mass concrete complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetera and removal of form for edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls upto any width complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetera and removal of form for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, etcetera complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500(five hundred)D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing M.S. foot rests with 20 mm(twenty millimetre) diameter round bar including fixing in manholes with 20x20x10 cm (twenty into twenty into ten centimetre) cement concrete blocks 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) as per standard design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone of approved quality/quarry in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded/crushed crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) upto plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
