Supply, carting and laying & Jointing of 160mm HDPE Pipe PN-8 class, PE-100 with required specials/ bends/ coupler etc. in true alignment and gradient as confiMtring to relevant I.S. 14333/1996 Standards, at required depth for making connection of Sewer House Connecting Chamber to Manhole , Including grouting with P.C.C. in both side of chamber, Including dismantling and reinstatement of ramp/ drain/ road for the same above, Including excavation in mix soil,local sand bedding,pits trimming, dressing, levelling, refilling of trench in 20 cm layers, watering, ramming the same including disposal of the surplus earth or other dismantled material upto a distance of 5KM from the centre of the trenches. Standards, at 50-60 cm depth for tapping Grey water from household's outlet to Interconnecting chamber and interconnecting chamber to house connecting chamber, Including dismantling and reinstatement of all type road, floor, ramp/drain for the same above, Including excavation in mix soil,local sand bedding,pits trimming, dressing, levelling, refilling of trench in 20 cm layers, watering, ramming the same including disposal of the surplus earth or other dismantled material upto a distance of 50 metre from the centre of the trenches.

Construction of Sewer House Connecting chamber of size 0.60mx0.60mx0.90m depth for making two sewer connection from one chamber as per Type design & drawing, including dismantling of road pavement, excavation of pit (1.5x01.5x1.10) in mix soil, refilling of earth, watering and ramming the same, disposal of surplus earth or other dismantled material upto a distance of 50 m, Including P.C.C , Brickwork, Plastering as per Type design and instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Construction of Sewer Interconnecting chamber of size 0.30mx0.30mx0.50m depth to intercept the waste- water from household including dismantling of road pavement,excavation of pit (0.9x0.9x0.60) in mix soil, refilling of earth, watering and ramming the same, disposal of surplus earth or other dismantled material upto a distance of 50 m, Including P.C.C , Brickwork, Plastering as per Type design and instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing of Extra Heavy Duty Grade-35, Rectangular (300x300 mm) R.C.C. cover with M.S. Frame.Including Reinstatement of road dismantled for the work as per the specifications of P.W.D. For Raising of existing sewer Manhole chamber (up to 75cm depth) like brick/ Precast,with Bricks Masonary wall 23cm th. 1:4 cement:coarse sand,/Precast/ M-30 Grade concrete, 75mm cc base on frame with extra heavy duty Grade-35 Frame with cover,both side plastering (1:3), repairing &cleaning of manhole chamber,Finding,Dismentling and Restoration/Grouting (2.0m Dia.), All materials,Labours,T&P etc. as per direction of engineer in charge.

For Raising of existing sewer House connecting chamber (up to 75cm depth) like brick/ Precast,with Bricks Masonary wall 23cm th. 1:4 cement:coarse sand,/Precast/ M-30 Grade concrete, 75mm cc base on frame with extra heavy duty Grade-35 Frame with cover,both side plastering (1:3),repairing & cleaning of Existing chamber,Finding,Dismentling and Restoration/Grouting (1.2m Dia.), All materials,Labours,T&P etc. as per direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work in soil, In Moorum /Kankar / Shingle, In Soft/Medium rock. Etc. loam, clay or sand with lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 200m, barricading, Refilling the soil as required, incluidng depositing in layers not exceeding 150 mm, watering and compaction to 95% of the Standard proctor density, level dressing, including supply of all lebour, T&P etc. required for completion of the work. Ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and disposal of surplus earth upto 8KM. and within 48 hours, restoration of damaged overhead & underground utility (such as electricity cable/pole, phone cable, network cable, water pipe/ connection, sewer pipe /connection, drain pipe/connection, brick /rcc drain etc.) .The trenches shall be properly barricaded and fenced off wherever necessary. RED FLAGS AND CAUTION BOARDS during day and red lights during night shall be displayed so as to avoid any accidents.. its includes provision of making of alignment on city roads, making trial pits to investigated location of various under ground services like telephone cables, electric cable, existing pipe lines and sewer line etc. arrangements for diversion of traffic and associated marks etc & shoring,timbering etc. with supply of all necessary equipments, materials, labour and T&P etc. complete required for completion of work.

Providing and conveying to site AC pipes (class-3) conforming to IS Code of following class and diameter as per IS: 6908:1991 (Amended up to date) including all taxes (Central and Local) with Rubber ring for sewer lines , including cost of Rubber rings, labour required, transportation, loading, unloading & stacking etc taxes and duties, third party inspection charges , packing and forwarding charges , transit insurance charges (including cost of laying,carting, granual bedding as per CPHEEO manuals,, jointing, testing and commissioning). The pipe shall be ISI marked.
