Pipe raling and RCC posts around the balcony and at the dome periphery, M.S. ladder from the balcony to the top of tank and inside the tank, supply and fixing M.H. cover with locking device, ventilator, lightening conductor, digital water level indicator, fixing of puddle collars and bell mouths, supply and fixing M.S. clamps with RCC coloumn, 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 floor over 80 mm PCC 1:4:8 in appron, 150 mm semicircular drain around the tank, escape channel of 20m length, box type enclosure at the entrance of the staircase having locking arrangements, two coats of approved Apex ultima paint and testing of tank for water tightness, testing of bearing capacity of soil for proposed water works etc. and also including the cost of supply and fixing of all necessary CI D/F pipes for Inlet,outlet,overflow,washout pipes, valves and their respective chambers etc. all complete including site clearance and other unforeseen items for all zone. making arrangment for disposal of overflow water to Distribution main Pipe and washout chamber to suitable point outside the water works compound including excavation of trenches, laying of pipe line and construction department office building of 400sqm at location decidedby department etc. complete.
