Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All IRDAI (INSURANCE REGULATORY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF INDIA) approved General Insurance / Health insurance companies having previous Continues experience of minimum 15 years in the Health Insurance Field are eligible to participate in the tender

Work Done Certificate

Capabilities of Vendor

The General Insurance / Health insurance Company willing to participate in the Tender process shall produce a certificate issued by the client organisation / agency (Government Undertakings and Reputed Private and Public Companies / organisations / Co-operative Banks) for having successfully provided Group health insurance services up to the satisfaction of the client agencies in the last 3 financial years ie., 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24

Others

The General Insurance / Health Insurance Company must have a branch office/ Claim Settlement Office at the District Headquarter i.e., in Kolar town for smooth processing of claim settlements
