Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

~Ditto- all as per item No 4.00 (here-in-before) but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm to face stones and dressing or face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or bourght upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating & including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching & including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the BOQ.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement & including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed. Note :- Measurment shall be taken only for inner girth.

S&F mild steel framed work as in grills, grating etc. with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes: framed guard bars: barred iron doors: ladders: frame balusters: walk ways: railing: frame work of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Grade-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 75 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenches/floor as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 600mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation, laying pipe lines, manholes etc., or n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading, levelling, waterning and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, incl returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and incl removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in post holes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F structural steel work in tubular posts/poles including special shaped washer etc. using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 & including cutting, drilling holes & welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe 410-W, (Gde E- 250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in sub base of floors etc, finished even and fair to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size made with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast (factory casted) cement concrete kerb stone casted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with plain or interlocking joints (as directed) including making groove in ground of desired dimension, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, placing in position, set and jointed in CM 1:4, making good distrubed surface of ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (excluding of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe 410-W, (Gde E- 250) quality 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck exceeding 16mm but n.exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and provided as support to chain link fencing including necessary welding, riveting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fabric of weight not less than 1.4 Kg/Sqm in 100mmx100mm mesh size (nominal pitch of wires) and diameter of wire minimum 3.4mm each way complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing & including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. & including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

S & F of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.
