Provision of Auto changeover system (Fuse Alarm System) over WAT Division.

Wiring, fixing & commissioning of modules of fuse 0.6 to 4 Amp rating alarm system 1 having change over arrangement and potential free contact wiring at Datalogger IDF. Etc as per instructions of Railway Engineer. (Module of 32 nos fuses). (Note: Unit to be treated as No. of Modules)

Wiring, fixing & commissioning of modules of fuse 4 to 10 Amp rating alarm system 2 having change over arrangement and potential free contact wiring at Datalogger IDF. Etc as per instructions of Railway Engineer. (Module of 24 nos fuses). (Note: Unit to be treated as No. of Modules) Above/

Design, fabrication and supply of fuse Auto changeover system for 32 No's external non deteriorating type fuses or 'G' type fuses from 0.6A Amp to 4A Amp capacities used in signalling 1 circuits. System shall have 8 cards with monitoring arrangement of 4 fuses in one card. As per RDSO spec. RDSO/SPN/209/2012 Ver.2.0 or latest amendment if any. The system shall be supplied along with all standby fuses placed in the system. In addition to it, spare quantity of 100% fuses of each type shall also be supplied along with the system. (Note: Unit to be treated as No. of Modules). Inspection by RDSO.

Design, fabrication and supply of fuse Auto changeover system for 24 No's external 2 non deteriorating type fuses or 'G' type fuses from 4 A to 10Amp capacities generally used for point operation circuits. System shall have 6 cards with monitoring arrangement of 4 fuses in one card. As per RDSO spec. RDSO/SPN/209/ 2012 Ver.2.0 or latest amendment if any. The system shall be supplied along with all standby fuses placed in the system. In addition to it, spare quantity of 100% fuses of each type shall also be supplied along with the system. (Note: Unit to be treated as No. of Modules). Inspection by RDSO.

Fabrication, supply, wiring & installation of remote buzzer for Fuse alarm system as per Tech spec. (Common Audio-Visual alarm unit for FACS) as per RDSO spec No.RDSO/SPN/209/ 2012 Rev 1.0 or latest at panel RR/ESM room as per instruction of site Incharge. Inspection by RDSO.

Supply of Mountable Rack complete with all fitting etc. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of 60 core Indoor Cable with 0.6 mm conductor diameter as per specifications IS 694:2010 or latest, IRS: S 76-89 Amd. 3 or latest. Inspection by RDSO.

Supply of CAT-6, UTP-Cable, CAT-6 Cable shall be compliant with latest EIA/TIA-568- B.2-1 standard for CAT 6 cable with Fire Retardant as per IEC/EN 60332-1. Brand: Digisol, Finolex, Molex or similar. Inspection by Railway Representative.

Supply of PVC insulated wire 16/0.2 mm flexible cord copper conductor, single core nominal area of cross section 0.5 sq.mm to IRS:S:76/89 latest Amendment-3 color as specified in coil 100 meters, 650/1100 volt grade. Inspection by RDSO.

Supply of 200-way tag block as per specification IRS:S/77/2006 Rev.1.0 or latest and DRG.No.SA24751 or latest. Requirement of each type shall be supplied by Engineer-in-charge. Inspection by RDSO.
