M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cobble stone grey coloured finished precast (factory made) PCC interlocking cobble stone rubber moulded manufactured from OPC cement mixed with pigments strength minimum M-35 grade concrete vibro-compacting to IS 15658-2006 of any shape and design as approved laid over and including moist stone dust 50mm thick laid to required slope for avoiding water clogging, use of sand over the fixed interlocking paver and pouring water evenly complete all as specified and directed. Note: The shape and size of cobble stone shall be as approved by GE in writting before procurement.

Material and Labour Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles size 300 mm x 450 mm/ 300 mm x 600mm x 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specially provided for Sunken floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling course to floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings, chajja and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bar 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified

Material and Labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 15-18mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Machine cut kota stone as in skirting 15-18 thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 15mm bore pipe medium grade galvanised iron with all fittings fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor including taking down of old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for taking down existing roof treatment of felt etc any thickness or description including cleaning all upto roof slab incluing removing spoil former site and Material and Labour for providing roof treatment as per the following steps :- i) Filling cracks of roof slab with approved chemical sealing compound and applying 15 mm thick renedering in CM 1:4 over neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kilogram/Square Meter over cleaned roof surface with use of approved water proofing compoung. ii) Applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kilogram/Square Meter followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3 mm thick, minium weight 3.60 Kilogram/Square Meter reinforced with plyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Square Meter) manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or M/s Texsa India Ltd, laid as per the manufacturers instruction with side over lap of 75mm and end over lap of 100mm and finally finished with super silver sheild @ 0.10 Ltr/Square Meter. Note : The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed thorugh manufacturer or authorised applicator only.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls including corners and applying two coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over applying of 1-1.5 mm thick wall care putty finish wall surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket and power) complete including switches, ceiling rose lamp holder and regulator etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm.
