Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culvers, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Filling in plinth with sand of approved quality under floors including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone under floor) 22.5 cm thick at site including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 (one cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size) for plain cement concrete and curing complete up to all heights/depth including the cost of form work in Parapets and the like etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in 600 x 600mm Mat finished (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of (Nerolac/Asian/Dulux/Berger) approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer to give an even shade complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Finishing wall with weather proof emulsion paint of Apex/Vltima paint of (Nerolac/Asian) required shade new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr(one point sixty seven liter)/10sqm (ten square metre)over and including primer coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg(two point two zero killograme)/10sqm (ten square metre) complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing M.S. black plain sheet 2.00mm ( two point zero zero millimeters) thick of Tata/Sail make in facia/eaves boards/soffits /ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, (base members of steel work shell be measured and paid for separately), including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 30cm (Thirty centimeters) deep and 30cm(Thirty centimeters) P.G.I sheet gutter TATA durashine/ sail/ Relience/Jindal sheet in roofing having done shape grating which shall be of M.S.flat 25X5X6mm SQ/round bar and 6mm dia bars in done to avaial blockage of water design/drawings complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, up to all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
