Rate for excavating trenches upto a depth of 1.65m and back filling the excavated trenches after laying the HDPE / PLB pipe with or without protection as per tender specification.

Laying of PLB pipe duct through HDD method as per Engineering instructions. (Department will supply HDPE/PLB pipe in Coils of various length,HDPE/PLB Sockets/Coupler, End caps.)

a) Single PLB pipe.

b) Two to three pipes in bunch

c) Four to seven pipes in bunch

d) Single pipe in Hard rocky strata

Laying, Jointing and leveling of PLB/HDPE pipe of 40mm dia including transportation.

i) Laying of Single HDPE / PLB Pipes/Coils, coupled with coupler.

ii) Laying of Two HDPE / PLB Pipes/Coils, coupled with coupler.

iii) Laying of Three HDPE / PLB Pipes/Coils, coupled with coupler.

Road/Rail crossing through horizontal boring method (manual / Mechanical) and inserting 65/40 dia GI Pipes and pushing ( HDPE / PLB Pipes/Coils inside.(i) Depth shall be 2M and above without GI protection.(ii) Depth is less than 2M with GI Protection as applicable. (Department will supply GI pipes in lengths of approx. 6M, HDPE/PLB pipes/Coils.)

Laying, Jointing , Leveling, fitting and fixing G.I. Pipe with PLB/HDPE pipes/coils in trenches. ( Department will supply G.I. Troughs/GI pipes in lengths of appox. 6M, clamps, HDPE/PLB pipes/Coils)

(b) G.I. Pipe of dia from 80mm to 150mm

Laying, Jointing, leveling, fitting and fixing of GI pipe of dia 65 mm to 100mm with PLB/HDPE on bridges and culverts and fixing with clamps and nails. (Department will supply G.I. Troughs/GI Pipes in lengths of approx. 6 M, HDPE/PLB Pipes/Coils). (Clamps, nails & accessories will be arranged & supplied by the Contractor)

Laying, Jointing, leveling, fitting and fixing of GI pipe of dia more than 100mm to 150mm with PLB/HDPE on bridges and culverts and fixing with clamps and nails. (Department will supply G.I. Troughs/GI Pipes in lengths of approx. 6 M, HDPE/PLB Pipes/Coils). (Clamps, nails & accessories will be arranged & supplied by the Contractor).

Fixing of GI pipe in the normal trench with lesser depth/wheel guard/curb of road/bridges and culverts and fitting HDPE/PLB pipe 40mm dia and providing CC of 1:2:4. (Department will supply G.I. Troughs/GI Pipes in lengths of approx. 6 M, HDPE/PLB Pipes/Coils). (CC material will be supplied by contractor).

The rates of CC as in s.no.2.3 (iii)/2.3(iv) (as the case may be) will be applicable for RCC with Weld Mesh.

Digging of pit for jointing chamber construction of brick chamber, fill- ing of brick Chamber with clean sand, supply and placing of stone slabs on brick chamber, and back filling of jointing pit.( Including cost of material i.e. Bricks, Slabs, sand etc.)

Fixing Indicators with CC 0.45 M x 0.35 M. x 0.15 M. in ratio of 1:2:4 ( CC material will be supplied by the contractor) in 0.6 M.x 0.6 M. x 0.7 M. Pit.

Supply of RCC or Stone route/joint Indicators as per Tender Construction Specification .

Documentation (6 hard copies & 1 soft copies in CD) containing diagram and all details including Lat/Long of each Joint/Route indicator on good quality paper.

Recovery against empty cable drum

(i) Laying of OF Cable in corridor/rises/exchange premises (leading in work)

(ii) Laying & fixing of 65/40/25mm GI Pipes/Kietic pipe vertically along the wall by GIU clamps with PLB inside it & drawing PP rope inside the pipe.

(iii) Fixing/clamping kietic pipe/DWC/GI Pipe horizontally along the wall (including the clamping fixing material)

The Department will supply protection pipes & OF Cable. The contractor shall arrange all other materials required for the work.

Road Restoration work with bituminous macadam for semigrouting 50mm thick and premix carpet surfacing 25mm thick over the grouted surface (total upto 75mm thick),including supply of asphalt etc. to evenly match the road, including consolidation and rolling as per standard specification of DSR 1997.

Road restoretion work with cement concrete 1:4:8 mix for thichness verying from 150mm to 225mm, including supply of concrete to evenly match the road.
