Earthwork in excavation in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all Varieties shingles pebbles all types of conglomerates laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/ shattered decomposed rock or weathered rock, & all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist saturated/submerged foul conditions etc. including pumping & bailing out water & back filling the excavated earth to the extend required & disposal of balance excavated stuff in specified area with all leads & lifts etc. complete & as directed by Engineer in Charge etc. complete. a. All kinds of soil.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and conslidating etc. in pipeline rtrenches and other foundation complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for: a).Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in a. All works upto plinth level.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a. All works upto plinth level.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. a. 110mm dia.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supply, erection, fabrcation hoisting and fixing in position in concrete, the angle Iron post, for fencing with M.S. angles of size ISA 50 x 50 x 6 (including applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint and paintng 2 or more coats with Superior ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades) fabricated with fixing G.I. chain link mesh 6.35cm x 6.35cm x 10 guage. (2.50 x 2.50 xx 10gauge) fixed with angle Iron post and sheets by G.I. or M.S. staples at 20cm a post with welding with the Iron posts (placed at 3 metres centre to centre) including.

Laterite boulder masonry in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size ) in foundation.

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. a. 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade) a. 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade)

Providing and fixing in position S.S. hand rail in main stair case, and landing as per approved design shown in the drawing including bending handrail pipe to proper shape in curves with specials, etc. complete.
