RTPS-Supply and replacement of Main hoist, auxiliary hoist wire rope with load certificate, slings for HP,IP and LP Turbine rotors and its casing and chain pulley blocks

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intending bidder should have Electrical license & experience in Maintenance of Electric overhead Travel (EOT) Cranes of capacity 125 Tons and above in any major industries/power station. As a proof copy of work order should be submitted.

The intending bidder should have executed single work order of value not less than Rs. 24.58 Lakhs for EOT Maintenance /R&M work during any one of the preceding five years. As a proof the bidder shall submit work done certificate issued by the officers not less than the rank of Chief Engineer or Project head of major industries/ power station. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited).and for supply portion the bidder shall be authorised dealers of indef /kepro make for chain pulley block and authorised dealers of usha martin make for slings/ropes.

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.49.16 Lakhs, in at least two financial years during the last five years. As a proof of this the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or Turnover certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. (Financial Turnover of previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited)
