S&F MCB, SPN, 40 Amps,10 KA ,230 V, 'C'series in replacement of old damage/broken MCB SPN complete all as specified and directed.

Attending urgent complaints of 15 to 437.5 KVA DG sets under Zone-B at KWC area on call basis immediately by OEM ONLY, issues may be due to fault in AMF panels, ACB of DG panel , auxillary relays fault, DG control software unit fault, overload, battery discharge, earth fault, neutral fault, radiator issues, DG set fuse unsv or any other fault not mentioned in this item will be attended by OEM of respective DG sets including replacement of defective & worn out parts by new spares complete all as specified and directed. (Note : - 1. Spares will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only engine oil, multi grade suitable for DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance / Servicing to DG sets of 15 to 437.5 KVA by OEM for respective DG sets will be carried out once in a month including replacement of unsv parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nut bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, adding distilled water, checking of oil and coolant levels complete all as specified and directed. (Note : - 1. Spares required for above maintenance will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. and Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer instruction)
