Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of true online UPS with minimum 160 KVA capacity, 3 phase in and 3 Phase out with double conversion PWM IGBT technology, in built isolation transformer suitable to drive constant current regulators with 100% unbalanced load at output at full load condition as per technical specifications/data sheet enclosed. The UPS shall have standard features like in built automatic 100% rated static by pass, maintenance by pass, active input power factor correction, phase sequence corrector, pure sine wave output, input-output isolation, compatibility with generator supply, cold start capability, EMI/RFI noise filter, advanced communication-RS485 port, user friendly LCD display, provision of auto load sharing / parallel operation, suitable to operate at 415V, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply and delivering 2 phase & single phase loads with 3 phase output of the UPS and necessary safety protection. The job also includes supply and connecting the suitable required number of 12V, SMF batteries of suitable amp hour, for each UPS separately/Individually to give a backup time of minimum 30 minutes for each UPS separately/Individually at the rated full load along with battery management feature integrated with UPS, battery rack, connectors, wiring, cabling between battery bank and UPS with insulated copper conductor of required size, termination as per site condition etc. complete as required.

Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor compartmentalized type Panel for UPS, having panel of suitable size, bus bars with SMC/DMC supports, made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, IP-42, free standing, floor / wall mounting, powder coated painting, suitable to the existing space, operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415V, 50 Hz AC system with bus bars, G.I flat Earth strip on both side , Removable gland plates at bottom with suitable size of predrilled holes for cables, cable interconnections, wiring, earthing, rotary handles & spreader links to all MCCBs, powder coated painting etc. with following items and installation on suitable channels /elevated concrete foundation as per site requirement/ directions of E-I-C. Supply of 3.5 Core x 300 Sqmm size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, aluminium conductor, armoured, power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part I), 1988 amended upto date.

Supply and installation of 300 mm width X 62.5 mm depth X 2.0 mm thickness size perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray cable tray (Galvanisation thikness not less than 50 micron) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm on wall surface (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp) as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of earth pits & chemical earth material using ISOGEL earth enhanced compound of 20kgs, ISOROD advanced chemical earth rod made with k type copper tube of 2.5" dia, 8 fts long, 1.6 mm thick installed vertically complete with flanges bends top cover heavy duty plastic inspection chamber including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply of 1 Core x 70 Sqmm size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, stranded copper conductor, unarmoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part I), 1988 amended upto date.

Supply of 1 Core x 120 Sqmm size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, stranded copper conductor, unarmoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part I), 1988 amended upto date.

Supply of 2 TR capacity BEE 5 Star rated wall mounted inverter type split air-conditioner unit fitted with high EER rotary compressors operating on refrigerant R-410A suitable for operation on 230V, 50 Hz, Single phase, AC supply complete with suitable filter, drain & refrigerant pipe with insulation & electrical connection with 3/4 core flexible copper cable complete as required. (Note: cost of drain (UPVC), refrigerant piping with insulation and electrical cable all upto 3 mtr length is included with this item).

Installation, testing and commissioning of for 1.5 / 2 TR split type air-conditioner (Indoor & Outdoor unit) i/c Copper piping work, providing suitable MS/GI stand for outdoor unit, complete with wall cutting, hole cutting, plastering etc. complete as required.

Supply and Fixing of copper piping (suction & discharge line) including suitable insulation with nitrile rubber and 3/4 core flexible copper cable suitable for 1.5 / 2 TR Split air-conditioning unit including brazing, clamping, chipping and minor civil work complete with all accessories as required.

Supply and fixing of rigid UPVC / flexible drain pipe of 25 mm dia. Including suitable insulation complete with all fittings, U straps, clamps etc.

Supply Installation, testing and commissioning of smart controller / Timer for automatic changing operation (4 hr / 8 hr duration) suitable for 1.5 / 2 TR split air-conditioning units and having OV & UV indication / protection complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of CPRI / ERDA approved insulated synthetic sheet / insulation polymer mat of size 2.5 mm +/-10% thick suitable for Class-B up to 11 KV and conforming to IS15652:2006 alongwith suitable adheshive .
