Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wals, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for rendering 20 mm thick, in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, each 10mm thick, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall, finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall by spray machine after cleaning the surface by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down etc having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down, removal of nail etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint by spray machine on plastered surface, having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work.

Material and labour for preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer upto 10.00 m height , in any shade or colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old unserviceable brick work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin).corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including formwork chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 9 above but 6mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.
