Waterprrofing and Roof Treatment Work

Taking out existing tarfelting work Taking out existing tarfelting from roof & parapet for laying of APP work on roof, including removing the rubbish from the premises to the open area

Providing & fixing of 150mm dia PVC pipe Providing & fixing of 150mm dia PVC rainwater pipe including tee/bend etc., for free movement of rainwater from roof

Patching work in brick joinery for exterior wall Providing & laying patch work in brick joinery for exterior wall with polymer modified cement & sand mortar including the cost of scaffolding etc.

Applying polymer cementitious paint Applying 2 coat of polymer cementitious paint of SIKA/DR> FIXIT make to the interior & exterior wall surface before cement plastering including the cost of scaffolding etc.

Providing & fixing of APP sheet on roof Providing & laying of APP sheet of SIKA or any other approved make to the roof including parapet etc. (as per instruction of Bank's Engineer-in-charge). The work has to be done by the authorized application and the Certificate to be produced after completion of work at site.

Civil Work

Brick flat soling Providing & laying of brick flat soling as per instruction of Bank's Engineer-in-charge, and as per bank's standard specification

Brickwork in cement and sand mortar Providing & laying 125mm thick brickwork as per layout plan with locally available good quality common burnt clay brinks in foundation & superstructure in cement & sand mortar (1 coarse of cement & 6 coarse of sand)

RCC wall with re-inforcement Providing & laying 150mm thick RCC slab including the cost of 10mm/12mm dia as re-inforcement including the cost of straightening/cutting/bending/binding etc., in the ratio of 1 cement : 2:sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size, including mixing, transporting, placing in position, centering & shuttering, watering etc., complete with all incidental & labour charges/scaffolding etc.

Plain cement concrete Providing & laying average 60mm thick PCC work in a ratio of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 of 20mm & down graded stone) in floors, foundation, drains including watering etc. complete with all incidental charges/scaffolding etc.

Plain cement plaster Providing & laying 12mm to 15mm thick cement plaster of mixture 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including scaffolding etc. complete

Anti-termite treatment work Providing Anti-termite treament of brick masonary wall by drilling hole at 300 mm apart & injecting chemical as approved and sealing the holes with cement mortar. Inside floor area will be measured. Treatment shall be done in both external & internal walls including floor as per the condition and instruction of Bank's Engineer-in-charge. Work shall be executed through authorised agencies and the Certificate to be produced after completion of work at site

Earthwork in excavation Providing earthwork in rough excavation in all kind of soils for foundations, trenches & drains etc. complete including removing the excavated earth or levelling the same with the ground level

Steel Work

Providing MS sliding gate Providing & fixing of MS sliding gate upto 1500mm high with top & bottom sliding rail channel (with heavy duly roller) to be grouted properly in the wall. The work should be done such a manner so that the gate could be opened freely and to be done by the authorized experienced fabricator

Providing half open revolving gate for main entrance (in boundary wall)

Canopy Type Overhead Shed Providing canopy type overhead shed without any vertical post but with colored corrogated galvanised sheet of approved make & shade, in 50mm square hollow MS section to be grouted properly in wall

Overhead shed in MS pipe structure Providing & fixing of coloured corrogated galvanised sheet of approve make & shade in 50mm dia MS pipe (to be rested on vertical wall) with punched screws. The cost to include 10" thick & 6" hjgh parapet to the peripheri of the roof including plastering complete

Any other charges not covered from Ser No.1 to Ser No.3.04
