Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Main Curtain Size- 60'×22':- completely Automatic system made from carbon steel track rails & brackets fitted with rollers of brass and nylon material fitted with sealed bearings self lubricating. The rollers should be assembled to one set of two for sliding horizontally. All rollers to be pushed & pulled with master roller clamp with 3mm dia steel wire rope, the winch machine is fitted with variable speed controlled motor of 1 HP of Crompton/Seimen or Heivelcomplete with control panel and accessories i:e of 1 HPmotor , Relays, Micro switches, Push buttons and indicating lamps. The curtain cloth should be fire retardant with spray of Liquid chemical and should be made of double pleated Velvet cloth 250 gram./per square mtr., drapped to half or full width operated from control panel with control switches. Provision for manually operation should also be there Make HMI/EMI/SAB with three years warranty

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Lighting Bar:- FOH 40 NB dia pipe of full length trussing with adequate clamps, this lighting bar painted in side, out with zinc chromate primer finally coated with black quick drying enamel paint. Make HMI/EMI/SAB with three years warranty

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Side Wings:- Made from MS pipe 40mm dia pipe wrapped with velvet cloth of approved shade with bush on top & bottom wheels on same axis, on stage floor and also arrangement of Sliding & Rotating 360 degree. Make HMI/EMI/SAB with three years warranty

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Frills:- Made from dark shade cloth to be installed above the stage with 1 inch dia pipe adjustable at position according to the stage director’s instructions Make HMI/EMI/SAB with three years warranty
