Concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast coarse sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in porportion of 10:5:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply of 80 mm thick I shapped mechanically interlocking cement concrete pavers block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) with minimum 5 mm thick topping of O.P cement mixed less than 30 MPa & 4.5 kg/no. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engr-in-charge. CH.-23 Iten No-5 (i)

12 mm thick plaster with one part cement and four part coarse sand over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone grit) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost

As in item 11 but for slabs in proportion of 1:1.5:3 (S.I.No. 287)

M.S (Tor steal or plain) in plaing work such as R.C.C work including binding for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured (S.I. No 504 ch-10)

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge stone grit instea of 4cm gauge course sand and cement in porportion of 4:2:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

Supply and fixing of granite polished ingraving Sign Board including plaster, brick work and painting as per direction of E/I
