Supply of LED Tube luminaire sign board fabricated by 24’(L)x4’(H)x8” (W) ACP box supported with 1.5” x 1.5” M.S Hollow quare bar of Aluminium hollow quare bar of 16 SWG all around except back portion of the structure which will be maid of 50x540x5mm MS angle (Back portion all around). The back side of the cover will be fabricated with hinges in such way so that it can be opend for maintenance purpose. The 3mm ACP facial should be provided with laser cutting of 6mm laser cut Acrylic letters out of which 5mm rising and border line of the front side should be with cover 1.5” aluminiu7m channel as per the direction of EIC. The sign board should be illuminated by 18W LED Tube lams (30 nos.) incl. fiting make- Phillips, TMC 501 P 1xzT-LED 22W P3242 with 18W LED T-8 lamp (Type MAS LED tube 1200mm 18W866 T8 I) to be fixed onj flat (40x5 mm) iron structure fabricated for fixing purpose. Basck side of the board should be covered with 22 SWG GI sheet to protect rain water. The matter should be displayes is as under :-

Hiring charges of Bamboo scaffolding for fixing complete iron structure on the top of the Masonary piller in all charges as per direction of EIC (HxL - 30 ft x 18 ft) (approx for 10 days)

Charges for carrying cost of the complete iron structure from CO's workshop to work site.

Cutting charges of concreate slab size (D x W X L- 210mm x 1000mm x 1000mm) for fitting of S structure by 2 Nos. hiring skilled and unskilled labour with tools and tackles as per direction of EIC.

Cutting charges for soil size (D x W x L - 1850mm x 1000mm x 1000mm ) for fitting of MS stjructure 2 nos. hiring skilled and unskilled labour with tools and plant as per direction of EIC

Cement concreate 1:2:4 (Page 11, item no.5 of PWD schedule) [2x(1+1.2x0.3048)m3=732m3 x x (1x1.2x1.524) m3 = 3.658m3 Total = 732+3.658)m3= 4.396 x2=8.792 m3
