OD70200/2026-2027:Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make Centrifugal pump set with MS impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing with suitable type base plate with coupling ,foundation bolt and nuts etc complete and including providing suitable concrete foundation , instalation of suction and delivery pipes not less than 10 meter of B- class medium GI pipe weight not less than 8.5 kg/m having ISI mark including all the specials such as Tee, bends, couplings , glycerin filled pressure gauge with siphon and control valve etc. connected to the existing pumping main with necessary modifications. The duty condition is as follows (Discharge 4L/Sec, Total head- 98 meters 2. Motor - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre qualified reputed make solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor 4 pole suitable for above pump . The motor shall confirm to IE2/IE3 as per IS 12615-2018 including providing suitable concrete foundation etc . Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling the pump and motor. including the supply of cable not less 10 Meter. 3. Starter - Supply erection, testing and commissioning of fully automatic star delta starter including single phase cum dry running , Over current , Over voltage and Under Voltage Protection, Digital meter showing 3 phase 3 line voltages and currents , suitable rating ( Fully automatic ) starter for the above motor with star delta and main contactors of AC3 rated power with over voltage and under voltage protection , single phase preventer , motor protection relay complete 4. Panel board ( suitable for operating two pump sets and one pump set at a time ) - Supply, erection and commissioning of cubic type MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board consisting of 1 no. suitable capacity not less than 63 - 80 A 36 KA MCCB as incomer and 2 nos of suitable capacity MCCB as outgoing , providing suitable size Aluminum bus bar , 3 nos of indicator lamps , 1 no Voltmeter with selector switch , Ammeter with selector switch etc complete the panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on suitable foundation . The starter power contactors are also fitted in the same panel board.5. Cabling work-Supply, laying ,testing and commissioning of 4C x 16 sq.mm size aurmered UG XLPE Alumiminium cable for the above pump set from panel board to starter and 2 run 3C x 6 sq.mm Copper cable from starter to motor. 6. Earthing - Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor , starter, panel board etc as per IE standard 7. Capacitor - Supply ,erection, testing and commissioning of APP type capacitor for the motor get a power factor above 0.98 . The capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834. including capacitor duty contactor for a rating of next level to the selected capacitor. duty contactor should also fitted in the common panel board. and also provide 3 seperator incomer MCBs in 3 phases to the capacitor duty contactor. 8. Valves - Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked double flanged sluice and Non return valves with suitable pressure rating . Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valve. 9. Including all labour charges for assembly of the pumpset. and with two years warranty
