Amount

The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work).

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal upto 10th storey floors.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal upto 10th storey floors.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sun shades, shelves, lintels, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc l0cm girth in stone, concrete block and concrete slab upto 9th floorcomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes 15 mm dia SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stabilised laid and concealed in walls including bends, elbows, unions etc, laid on walls for vertical stacks including chasing the wall and making good complete all as directed.

All as per item No.5 above but 20 mm dia

S&F in repairs PVC ventilators with frame work made of multi chamber hollow PVC section DWUF 405 (40x46mm). The glass (3mm thick pin headed) is fixed to the frame in the lower section using extruded PVC section having a dimension of 9mm x 14.5mm (GL-19 sintex pvc SECTION) WITH epdm gasket (SPL-003) for both the PVC sections. VEntilator'scentre mullion shall be made up of multi chamber hallow PVC section DWUF-406 (63.5mmx 40mm) with EPDM gasket is used. GL-19 is fixed to the 3 sides of DWUF-405 and to one side of DWUF 406 (63.5x40mm) above the centre mullion. Glass panels with aluminium lower set is fixed to the frame DWUF-405 on the top of the ventilator for the glass. DWUF 405 and DWUF 406 corners shall be metre cut and welded, jointed with 12mm MS rods (guard bars) and necessary fixtures complete all as specified and directed

Treating the seepage by filling FOSROC nitotile grout in tiles gaps of bathroom, WC and kitchen walls & floor of any size and applying Fosroc brushbond chemical as per manufacturer instruction for seepage wall surface over plaster and grouting the affected area @ 300 cm centre to centre with use of Fosroc renderoc plug chemical includes plaster and other connected works complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Each bath room , Toilet and Kitchen area treated as different jobs )
