Excavation in foundation trenches etc.in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting in soft and hard rock and chiselling work including saturated soil slushy soil and under floor upto all depth and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metre clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre (Fifteen centimetre)layer when required into plinth sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.
Demolition below ground level upto 1.50 metres depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead un-reinforced cement concrete more than 15 centimetre thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Removal of slips/silt/malwa in all kinds of soil including saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance of 20 metre disposing of unserviceable materials, and neatly dressing the surface within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement is to three sand is to six graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement is to five sand is to ten graded stone aggregate 40 milimetre nominal size) with 15% plum and curing completed excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 milimetre to 300 milimetre as per HPPWD specification within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2:3(One cement is to One and half sand is to three graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-
a) Foundation,footings bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
b) Walls (any thickness) butt not less then 0.10 metre thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 metre and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-
a) Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness)partitions walls and the like including attached pillasters,buttreses plinth string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying 20 milimetre thick acid proof tiles antiskid of size upto 300x300 milimetre of specified shade in floor, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12 milimetre thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement is to three sand) jointed with cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, laying,jointing & testing in trenches to be leveled to grades, BIS marked MSERW black pipes with cirfumferential butt welded joints by electric arc welding (Welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of MSERW pipe confirming to API 5 L, IS/ISO 3183:2007 ( latest with up to date amendments ) of steel grade L-210 and capable withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 5.5 to 6.5 metre, including manufacturing reducer/tappers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The layers of pipe shall also include welding of flanged joints welding in three layers (Two inner one outer) and all operation such as cutting welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. and lowering need laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best specifications of Engineer-in-charge. (Earth work in trenches is to be measured and paid separately). The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipe shall be factory galvanized zinc coating both inside and out side as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of pipe made from the parent tube, shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats bitumens paint over priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/L&T of ISI marked make complete in all respect. (earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for seperately) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 250 milimetre dia (MSERW pipe) 4.80 mm
Providing and fixing of cast iron sluice valve of Kirloskar/Kartar/leader/Bir make of following diameter with hand wheel as per IS:14846-2000 (Class PN-1.0) including brass spindal as per 2906-1984 complete with nuts bolts and rubber insertion etc. complete in all respect with in all lead and lift as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 250 milimetre dia.
Providing and fixing stainless steel ornamental hand railing in walk way complete in all respect with in all lead and lift as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
a) Providing and fixing of horizental and vertical hand rail complete in all respect with in all lead and lift as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
b) Providing and fixing of pillar complete in all respect with in all lead and lift as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing of 35 Watt solar light & 110 Watt panel complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing of 3 seater stainless steel bench complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing aquatic life in the pond complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.
