Removing excavated soil exc. 1.5 km and nexc 5 km and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming embankment including raising (or lowering) earth ,spreding in layers necx 30 cm thick ,watering ramming /rolling and finishing to requred size shape etc nexc 1.5 m high from base.

Rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber of formation surface in cutting by 8 to 12 ton power roller including filling in depression which occur during rolling complete

M&L for 200 mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber in Two layers of 100mm thick each.

M&L for 150mm thick ( i.e. 7.5cm thick each layer compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates (Granite, trap or Basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required of 75mm thick.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG 10 ) grade at 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 Ton Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour Preparing concrete /bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous/un interrupted), arrows, letters, etc exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermo plastic road making materials all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No.356) over a coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cat eye of size 100mmX100mmX20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of Model No DA 972 O od make Dark Eye or Equivalent of 3M /OS-810 Odf Oscar fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F Solar road stud (Cat Eye) Aluminium alloy body of Size 125mmX125mmX25mm with shell Model No OS-810 of make OSCAR/ Dark Eye or Equivalent of 3M fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F metal tubular deleneator made out of 45mm dia MS pipe of 600mm total height , duly powdered coated and 100mm dia high quality and durable glass reflective made of top quality weather resitance plastic material ( thermo plastic polyster clastomer), 3 bands of green /red/yellow reflactor of size 25mm wide strip with metal jali for reflective protection , embeded in PCC (1:2:4) 150x150x300mm size

M&L for moorum, filling as in berm including rolling etc as directed. Note:- The unit rate qoated by the contractor shall be deemed to include the coastof moorum and morrom shall be approved quality and ontained from outside MD land with any lead including payment of royality if any)
